Wish you listed the ingredients would be easy:
A lot of garlic (750 g)
Onion (1)
Natural seasoning 1 tsp
Everyday seasonings? (I’m assuming Sea Salt,mustard Seeds, Black Peppercorns,coriander,onion,garlic,paprika & Chili Pepper)
Paprika 2 tsp
Cajun seasonings 1tsp
Salt alittle
Pepper 1 tsp
Mix herb 2 tsp
Bread crumb 2 table spoons
Mix
FYI: he put 2 other seasonings which I couldn’t understand what they were.
I trust u on this ingredient list, cuz I didn't understand well what he was saying.

Let me tell you... His guidance is perfect. Season your minced beef, mix 1 egg yolk to help keep burger together, use a patty maker for perfect shaping and then put it in the oven for 30mins at 170 degrees. You Literally cannot go wrong! Not burnt or undercooked, just perfect. God bless you brother👌
Those are probably great, but add an egg & peppers and it's more like mini meatloafs or add gravy for mini Salisbury steaks!! Too many seasonings for my burger and way too much garlic unless as mini meatloafs or w\gravy!!

Who in their right mind puts a fucking burger in the oven for 30 minutes, those are going to be the driest burgers ever they're going to lose all the juice, cook your burgers on the grill for 2 or 2 and a half minutes like sane person

I make beef patties with garlic onion, green chillies chopped n grinded. I also add some salt, splash of soya sauce, red chilli powder mix mix leave it for 20 mins covered then shape the patties.

Sorry to disappoint, we do use actually garlic is almost everything cooked with meat. In the wintertime, jelly made out of bones and meat, using lots of garlic and in meatballs, stew’s and sauces. 😂 not so informed 😀 Eastern European food, using spices and everything herbs, you have no idea 😀

Since you got too many compliments on this you will be okay if I say what should have been included on the video😁 1st you should have showed us how it would look like after its done or how you would put those in your pan,+ I don't think you could use oven instead for making burger .2nd you should have showed us how you put the mixiture in the lid to make that shape ,some of us might find that useful .3rd you should have prepared your ingredients before making the vedio so that it won't take as much time as it did.but keep it up using that much of ingridents make difference

But i love me some garlic so i sure this would be good
i always make my burgers the day before and roll them up into giant meatballs then smash them all on wax paper or parchment paper right before i start cooking. that way they are more firm and won't fall apart of the grill. puree some onion and bell pepper and work that into the meat to keep them moist when they start cooking...also if you season them on the grill the salt doesn't dry out the meat.

I tried it while laughing but honestly it tasted sooooo good. Am Sorry chef i was making this while laughing with 5%trust. Mostly with the breadcrumbs in. But wow. Thank you. It was amazing. But dry to give a picture of the burgers how they appeared after being cooler and how many minutes u did. But my burgers were tasty.
