Dogs are treated better at the Vet than women are treated by our medical system.
Turtles also are treated better than women! Save the turtles.
The difference is you are a grow aduld and should know how your own body works and demand the treatment you deserve from your doctors. You have to be your own advocate no one else will do it for you.
@@brigitnunez6735 LOL ! " I AM THE DOCTOR ! Who are you to know more than me ?? Did you study medecine ten years like i did ? Stop watching on web..." thanks for this moment of laugh...
There are a lot of drs out there! It may take several for you to find one who will listen to you and treat you correctly. We seriously have to be our own advocates. I am now 59, and about 6 months ago, I switched to yet another Dr. Hormone specialist. I'm paying out of pocket, but I am willing to, to get good health care!
@@brigitnunez6735true but if you don’t even know what to ask about it can be very difficult to find answers.
Instead of teaching women so that they can advocate for themselves, how about educating the providers so that women don't have to fight for what they want!
Thankfully that's beginning to happen as well. Quite a few multi provider conference events around. Unfortunately it's not yet mandatory yet. Hopefully we will get there some day soon!
We have to start in some point don't you believe
AMEN AMEN AND AMEN 🙏🏽
Providers are just scammers all about money
Yes.
The food that we eat contribute to how our body fell. I' 56 years old in menopause, I stop eating fried, junk, sugar and processed food and exercise lightly and my menopause symptoms have gone down 90 percent. The American lifestyle has contributed a lot to this awful menopause symptoms. Turn off the news, Have faith, do not worry about tomorrow, live in today. You will encounter your new YOU. Peace to all!
Great advice❤❤❤❤
This!
No hormones needed.
I addded flax and soy milk daily, made a big difference. Unfortunately brain fog and hair issues with a touch of thyroid imbalance ongoing, so I will seek help for these. Hoping the online provider MHC mentioned (MIDI) will be adequate.🤞🏼
Same and no HRT. I feel great :)
You're part of the problem. For some women it's that easy. For me it wasn't. I am still not feeling well. I felt broken and crazy. Menopause is not a one size fits all. I had severe menopausal syndrome. No sorry you are so mistaken. Age 66
What sucks is we’re getting information from like 3- 5 people on UA-cam…Information, studies, knowledge about menopause is so lacking and it’s hard to know who to trust.
Dr Haver posts lots of the research on ig - alot more is out there than is talked about.
I totally agree with you
Exactly
I had Hysterectomy at age 43 and started on Estradiol patch then and have used this therapy since 43 and now I’m 81 and in pretty good health. The reason I stayed on it because I have Fibromyalgia and the Estrogen helps with that issue. Glad I have stayed on it and hope I can stay on it for the rest of my life.
Good for, God Bless 🙏🏽 🙏🏽
Thank you for sharing I'm 48 and about to get a hysterectomy for fibroids, I also have fibromyalgia. I will definitely ask my Dr about this treatment.
Thank you for sharing. I wonder if hormone fluctuations can cause fibromyalgia.
@@elainec5333 I've been wondering the same, I can't see why not
Finally! A doctor who gets it. I can't believe how under-educated physicians are about Menopause. When she said, something is not right between 35-45 - Peri-menopause, I wanted to hug her! All my doctors treated the symptoms and not the root cause.
This was really good. Dr. MCH is right about everything. I just turned 49 last month. I started taking Progesterone two nights ago. That was the best sleep I ever had in a long time.
I wish we had known all this when I was 52!! I still have terrible hot flushes that come in periods, some weeks really bad, some not so bad! I am now 69 and have been suffering for too many years. We were told HRT elevated the chance of getting breast cancer, so that was the end of that!
I'm using herbal remedies that seem to be helping now. If things get worse, I will inquire about these other remdies.
@@condesabeatriz9303which herbals are you using?
I’m also struggling with that at 66
There are newer studies that now show that most women, even post-menopausal and over 65 can safely use estrogen therapy.
Me too
That is why i follow this beautiful woman . ...Mary you are heaven sent .. I appreciate your knowledge.. Thank you so much...
What i've learned from this Dr just in the last few months is amazing. Without her I wouldn't have known anything. Dr's refused HRT or to listen to what I knew I needed just by listening to her & all these wonderful people out there researching & teaching us. Life savers. 3 daughters in their 20's & i'm telling them everything. When the guy PT's at wk ask what type of supplement i'm drinking I tell them my menopause fiber 😆 & they're genuinely interested. Good luck ladies & ty Dr MCH!
I have yet to feel the, what I have heard/read about menopause symptoms. I am 65 and still have not had any hot flashes or discomfort. I read long ago how the Asian women's diet helped in reduced menopause discomfort. I did not want to go through what my mother went through (watching her have beads of sweat instantly show up on her forehead at any given time and other complications). So I started in my late 20's watching my food intake which also stopped the discomfort during my periods. I was amazed. When I turned 55, I noted that my period had fully stopped. I had no issues with that as well. I feel great. 🤞
Can I ask what diet you've had specifically? What foods do you focus on, avoid?
@@saphire9823 I started in my late twenties strictly avoiding sugar/carbs, fats, salt and chocolate\caffeine (no tea with caffeine or coffee) a week before my periods. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables as well as healthy choice meats. I drank soy milk in place of regular milk and plenty of water. I was physically active at work. I continued this for years. After 55 when my cycle stopped. I just continued with soy milk and almond milk and eating pretty much what I want within reason.

Shawn Tassone MD PhD also quotes recent studies showing HRT over 65yrs is preventative of many major illnesses too!
Great episode. Love Mary Claire. She's a beast with social media! Her education is supreme. I found a new gyn recently who I love & when I told her I listen to MCH she said she loves her too :))
Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!!!
I took ALL the information you gave us, went to my primary care provider, and stated my case. And she, the NP, whom I always see, never the actual Dr., prescribed me the estradiol patch and progesterone capsules...
She has several other woman on it as well.
And this is in a tiny little town in the most southern Part of VT...
Ladies, check with your primary care Dr...
I believe the more woman who demand a conversation about HRT will make a huge difference in the ones to follow us!
BTW, I'm 59. I was one of the generation who was scared to death to do HRT. I've only been on it for 2 weeks.
And I feel a significant difference in my emotional well being and my physical well being....
All due to listening to your videos on UA-cam. .
Thank you again Dr. Haver!!!❤🙏🤗
For thousands of years our life span was during full functional ovaries ,or perimenopause, or early full on menopause. Now we women live for another 30 years after menopause. Were we meant to live for 40 years with out hormones ? Imagine if male testes shrivelled and died. Imagine the research, money….
Exactly
My friend’s husband felt tired (of course he thought he was dying). He went to the doctor wringing his hands in fear. They did every test under the sun on him to make sure it was nothing major. A few weeks later. after he was cleared, he was given testosterone, no nasty comments no fighting for help. I’m year 5 with menopause symptoms begging for help! It Pissed my friend and me off seeing how delicate they treated her husband! Definitely double standards!
@@stewbugz5213 thank you for this account of how men are treated in the health care system. Every perceived discomfort that my husband described to our GP was addressed with every test, evaluation, and thoughtfulness. The same GP told me that my symptoms are symptoms of aging.
@@dinapawlow1622 That sounds about right! I have been told it’s my age too. They act like we are imagining things but we all know the truth of how women keep working and caring for the home through pain, sickness, pregnancy, etc.

Dr. Mary Claire, phenomenal conversation. Thanks for being invested in the menopausal female. Please, update the comment in this interview about HRT benefits/risks for females over 60 or 65. It may stop these already reluctant females from considering HRT as an option. The risk myth needs to be debunked with results of the recent, large research completed on older women and HRT effects and published in the Menopause journal of NAMS.
Add this topic to the curriculum in medical school!!
Actually it is in the curriculum but not enough time is spent on nutrition in correlation in all specialties-only now Cardiology is looking at estrogen overall
I finally got HRT (my previous doctor refused) and it was the best thing I’ve ever done… I felt like I was dying 😭
We need to get the insurance companies to pay for HRT. Right now they don't. I have been on HRT since I was 63 at high amounts. $450 every 4 months. Sometimes I use an HSA card sometimes a credit card. Started working out with weights and some cardio on a regular basis at 63 also. Problem; overlooked Vitamin D element. My primary doctor was not checking this. I had to tell him to check my D and mineral levels. This should be something that is always checked yearly. Yes D and Iron was low and probably had been for years. Now have Osteopenia. The way we live now we all at any age need to check on our Vitamin D levels and push for insurance to start covering HRT.
Don't forget to take magnesium bisglycinate as well!!
I agree! My estragial and progesterone are covered, but the testosterone my dr prescribed isnt. Its soo expensive!!! Men get a little blue pill when they cant function correctly. I lose my libido and its like boo hoo for you!!!!!! wth???
I didn’t know this, My Dr is going to prescribe HRT for me and I thought my insurance would cover since it’s pretty good , now I’m worried.
@@staceygiosi3878 Just put so much aside from each paycheck to add up to whatever amount it will be. It may differ according to how it will be used. I have an implant. God help me, sleep deprivation is literally just my way of life, it’s so awful!!! I wake up every single night between 12-3 no matter what time I go to bed. I can’t get back to sleep. I then have to get up for work at 6 am. Tried so so much and nothing works.
I hear you! Waking up most nights between 2-4am. Takes a fight to go back to sleep..then if I do fall asleep, RING..damn alarm clock goes off. Just want to beat the darn thing! You are not alone!
Can't sleep over 2 hours at a time
Take magnesium before bedtime to relax your muscles, you can also try lavender tea, just to name a few.
Maria Emmerich recommended Evening Primrose Oil for a good night's sleep. It has helped me, I'm 52 and menopausal too. Try it .

Excellent talk❤️❤️❤️ Dr. Mary Claire is amazing😊
We agree!
Lady is a modern hero. When things are going bad and we see shit people being promoted remember there are people like her that exist too!
I had no hot flushes after its initial start of menopause, and neither any of the other symptoms. Weight gain, yes, but also bloating from SIBO.
Im 53 And started regulating my hormones with bhrt at 47... I still have a regular period. My doctor was ahead of the curve thanks to early studies that seem to indicate that regulating estrogen, progesterone and testosterone levels in women were preventative in nature for osteopenia, sarcopenia and dementia. I lift weights daily, changed my dietary habits but honestly my bhrt is the real champ here. If you work out hard and eat carefully but you don't have the hormones to help sustain the building of muscle or stop the loss of bone, it won't matter what you do or eat. The elements that help make that activity and nutrition such important benefits arent there to the same degree. You only have half the answer.
Thanks MBG for this! The part about the 2am cold and hot leg is 💯 😂.
What is Dr. Mary Claire’s website she references? I googled and can’t find the resources she mentioned.

Thanks for this enlightening explanation, I’ve got a couple of women in my life who are going through menopause and post-menopause now and have been trying to learn more about this tumultuous time of life. One thing that really seems to help both my girlfriend’s and my mum is standardised hot-water Tongkat Ali root extract. It worked very well to help inhibit symptoms like hot-flashes and joint pain as well as reduce fatigue and control weight gain! Overall, after a few months of supplementation, it really improved their quality of life and I’m very thankful. Not all women will have the same experience, of course, but I’m hoping this will help with their hormonal balance for the long term.
WOW! I wish I had this information when I was 50 and I’m 70 now. I had a hysterectomy at 50 with my ovaries left in tact but by the age 52 I was crazy 😜 I didn’t know what to expect but no one would give me any help until I begged my doctor to help me or I was going to lose my job. I got a patch for 1 year! I am still
Suffering with sweats lack of sleep cognitive issues and now severe body aches in my lower extremities.
Now that I’m 70 it’s too late for help.
I don't think it's too late, I am close to 70 and am going to look into this. I didn't go into menopause until I was 60
A C"E"M!!! Brilliant!
I completely agree
I have a friend on bioidentical hrt and she’s still frustrated. Constantly getting blood work, constantly having appointments to play with doses, surprise bleeding, breast tenderness and some other symptoms she didn’t have before. Her symptoms keep changing and the doses keep changing so she’s not even sure what’s causing what and if the benefits outweigh her side effects. Everyone is different. Practitioners are different. Method of delivery varies. Overall, I wish there was a more precise way and personalized way to address this…actually everything. Which means more research and data is needed.
As I learn more and more about this, the question that keeps popping up for me is “Does HT simply reduce hot flashes and night sweats, or does it take them away completely if prescribed correctly?”
I still had hot flashes and night sweats when I took hmt in my late 20 I'm 39 no hmt
We need more information outside about the menopause because so many women's we are ignorant about how impact us in the life and be aware that we are different From men biology making
I did keto for years and still had lots hot flashes and gained visceral fat
Interesting… I lowered my carb intake and my hot flashes went away almost immediately. I also make sure I take in a lot of fat and that I’m in ketosis. You also have to make sure your insulin is lowering.

Women on estrogen inhibitors after breast cancer, suffer from lack estrogen, with a whole lot of symptoms & pain. They just tell you to exercise and take a pain killers everyday. How is this acceptable? Their health just gets worse. I had to quit taking these pills because of side effects. I do exercise and try to eat healthy. Mostly keto & low carb. I also start drinking tofu milk every other 2 days and my perimenopause symptoms disappear it’s been almost a year now. My menstrual periods has been normal. My eye sights Improved, my energy level and memory of forgetfulness improved. I still work 4 days a week 12 hrs a day as a nurse which requires memory sharpness and physical stamina. don’t t use reading glasses anymore. mushroom Maine for memory, ALA, vitamin k2, collagen, fish oil, hyolurich acid, and mobility T for bones. I’m not sure if astaxannthine was the one that really improved my eye sight? I just stared this in my regimen 4 months ago. “Genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) is a more accurate and inclusive term that describes the multiple changes occurring in the external genitalia, pelvic floor tissues, bladder and urethra, and the sexual sequelae of loss of sexual function and libido, caused by hypoestrogenism during the menopause transition and postmenopause. These genitourinary changes primarily occur in response to reduced oestrogen levels and ageing, and do not settle with time.”

I used depo provera for around 20 years and had a half-dozen periods in that time. Why doesn't anyone discuss menopause "events" outside of connection to periods? For me, without a period, I am sure I didn't ask a doctor for 7-10 years about menopause or perimenopause because I never knew when the periods "had stopped" - - what was I really supposed to have done?

My doctor doesn't have time to see me, so physician assistance is assigned. She checked me only once. All afterward meetings, just checking weight, blood pressure, pulse, questions, and blood work. Any studies on women pushed into menopause by chemo?
Instead of an estrogen monitor, what about an estrogen test stick. A pee on stick that can detect levels like they use for ovulation and pregnancy or even like the ketone stick.
The problem is that oestrogen becomes so low it is undetectable. Scientists aren't going to be wasting money and time looking for something that is hard to find.
@@aminataykanu It’s not scientist that would be selling it. If it were available, the market place would determine whether or not it is a viable product. All they have to do is come up with the test. Lord knows they came up with that stupid Covid test quick enough. This should be a snap too. Right now, scientist and doctors are gatekeepers to that information. Right now, if want to know any hormonal levels in my body, I have to go see a doctor or go to a lab to have blood drawn. The market pretty much has this home test kit already in the form of a home ovulation test kit.
Hmm... I really think it depends on the lifestyle. I am 45 and have been in perimenopause since 38. The main issue that I've encountered is insomnia. I may have a hot flash every now and again and I'm fatigued from time to time, but nothing major. If you take care of yourself (eat right, workout, minimize stress) it isn't too difficult to manage. I'm a woman of color, by the way. I just hope this helps for those young women seeing all of the scary videos making you feel like you're going to suffer and come close to dying while in menopause.
Thank you. I have no reason to listen to this right now. I want to pitch a tent in 12 degree weather and go to sleep in a fur coat.
Wait until you're closer to 50. It may change. I never had an issue with weight gain or hot flashes until 49. Hopefully, you won't have to deal with it but I definitely never had any issues until 49.
You are lucky but women do need to know what might happen to be proactive. I did/do all the things you mentioned and the menopause transition and beyond has been very difficult.
Every woman experiences perimenopause/menopause symptoms slightly different. To say that it is all about lifestyle is not entirely accurate. I have been an athlete my entire life with a super healthy lifestyle & had horrible hot flashes & night sweats causing terrible sleep disruptions but once I started on HRT all those symptoms went away and I am back to my happy healthy self again! My mom on the other hand never had any issues whatsoever and also a lifelong athlete. I agree that having a baseline healthy lifestyle is always helpful but not necessarily in the menopausal symptom department. It seems that is the crazy wildcard for women unfortunately!
Now postmenopausal at 50, high cholesterol, high cortisol, low vitamin D and anxiety through the roof. I'm miserable and my OB refused HRT last week.
Find an independent hrt provider doing bioidentical replacement. There are lots out there. Search hormone replacement near me. I did that last year and what a difference! Don't wait, don't listen to naysayers. We need our hormones for life!
I'm 39 early menopause well perimenapuse I can't wait till periods stop all together I'm sick and tired of it , smh , I not on hmt I'm scared to death to take it however I was on birth control years ago in my late 20s I had extreme side effects, weight gain acne so bad never had that before, night sweats , hot flashes and still had heavy periods , and really bad migraines, ,, the systems are terrible so terrible, I have been changing a few things eating walking sunshine and try to smile and not to stress out , and try to get better sleep some nights are bad but other nights good , always tired and low on vit d and iron , smh , the bleeding depletes most of my iron smh , the side effects of birthcontrol and while you take it are for some and not others ,
The night time hot flashes are definetly connected with low blood glucose. If i wake up with an adrelanine, cortisol surge,( hot flash) i have to eat a salty snack and drink some fruit juice and i fall back to sleep without any problem.
The menopausa changes our blood sugar regulation.
The same applies for the hot flashes during the day. If we are able to regulate it with healthy diet ie. eating healthy carb, protein and fat together and not starving ourselves than may be our hot flashes would decrease big time🙂.
I am 62, postmenopausal, had total hysterectomy 4 years ago, taking 200 mg progesterone rectaly and vaginal estriol cream twice a week.

With the menopause extension thing where they are trying to diminish or eliminate menopause, does that mean women would never stop their period their whole lives? I think it needs to be considered how well our bodies could handle that as we age. The time where we are free from being to bleed every month and not worry about childbirth should be considered a blessing, not a curse.
So...conversion help please relating to protein needs?? 0.8 grams per kg of body weight if im 150lbs, that is a daily need of around 54 g of protein? AND, of course, one must be careful with protein. Too much CAN be bad, hard on kidneys, etc... so if diabetic, or you have any chronic health issues its best to talk with a trusted physician.
Hot flashes and nightsweats... I can only get to sleep most nights with ice packs strapped to my head because my 🥵 is mainly felt on my face and ears. Strapping the ice packs to my head cools down my whole body. By the time they warm up, I'm asleep and somewhere in the night I just take it off. Works for me.
Most OB-GYNs I've tried to discuss all this with only seem to care about babies and expectant mothers.. its neglectful and maddening, to say the least. They aren't educated in this enough and try to cover that fact by minimizing and gaslight us to get us to just shut up and deal with it. 🙄
And as far as ovaries...what about transplants from deceased women/girls or growing ovaries in labs ?? I know whoever is reading this is probably laughing but seriously...why not???
Can u recommend someone in Dubai to?
Sugar stimulates Glp-1 that stimulates glp-1 receptor that stimulates TRPV1 on the neurolymphocrine system that leads to stimulation of the GnRH neurons in the hypothalamus and blocks inhibition of the GnRH neurons and leads to too much stimulation of the pituitary to produce LH and FSH. FSH is a major stimulant of SHBG that minds estrogen and testosterone. When a post menopausal woman naturally or surgically induced is exposed to this what little estrogen they have by estrogen replacement is bound to the SHBG and leaves them without enough functional estrogen to inhibit pre osteoclasts from breaking down bone leading to osteoporosis, more general pain from food additives such as carageenan, less vasodilation that leads to hypertension and heart disease.
What do you think of Dr. Maggie Yu’s approach to health? Transform, MD, check her out on UA-cam please. I think if functional medicine, doctors and other doctors got together, especially female doctors, you all could solve all the problems in the world.😊 Thanks for all you do.

My Mom who is 75 just got on prescription bioidentical cream HRT (estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone- but I don't know exact doses- that would be individually based). She's been on it for about 2 months and says she is feeling much better. She said her hot flashes are reduced and her food cravings are less, along with more energy. From my outside perspective, she's also in a much better mood - not as cranky! 😂 She has a great general internal medicine doctor who is luckily educated in this area and absolutely thought this would help her.
The benefits are higher if HRT is started within 10 years of menopause. But age is not an absolute contradiction. Everyone deserves an individual risk/benefit evaluation.
She has said the best is to get on HRT within a year of menopause or earlier. Being on esteogen later can't reverse the damage so all the bone loss can't be reversed. And hrt alone isn't the solution, its only part if it. Lifestyle, diet, exercise and hrt.
In her new book it's not recommended.
@@wyleecoyotee4252 Hi…what is not recommended in her new book? Thx!

Dr Mary Claire I have a friend that had ovarian cancer 2 times in her twenties and had to have a full hysterectomy is it true that she cannot take hormone replacement????
Just came from doc, told her my horrible perimenopause symptoms (Im 49) and how I can't sleep, her first words "we stay away from estrogen as it can lead to cancer and you're not in menopause yet so let's talk about walking 30 mins a day"
Had a very similar experience yesterday! I told my doc that it is quite disturbing that he is minimizing my experience. He apologized and heard me out, now my hormone testing is scheduled for tomorrow. I'm 46 and my symptoms started almost 8 years ago. Wishing you luck!
Get a new doctor. They need to get out of the dark ages.
🤦🏻♀️🤬
Yep. My doctor insisted I do an ultrasound on my uterus which cost about $200 plus then she wanted to take a biopsy that would cost me $600 just to put me on birth control. I’m 50 year old. She told me for now self care is really important and the symptoms you’re feeling are normal.
Time for a new Dr!
Endocrine System?!
My biologically-male trans daughter is able to get her prescription estradiol easily and cheaply. It seems like those of us who are post-menopausal should be able to have the same options.
No such thing. It's a social contagion!
Please share where she is getting her estradiol so "easily & cheaply"!?! My pharmacy (CVS) was unable to refill my last estradiol prescription because their supplier couldn't get it anymore. I was able to get it at Rite Aid Pharmacy but it was not "cheap", even with insurance. I now get it less expensively at the Costco Mail Order Pharmacy but I still don't consider it to be "cheap" for something I must take for the rest of my life to remain a healthy female in menopause!
Because to start post menopause over 60 there's still risk.
Oh my gosh... the breasts, too! Soooo sore or uncomfortable all the time now. I actually despise wearing a bra every day. 😅
And boobs shrink too , oh well , I can't wait till no period I'm so done
I’m sorry
But the only thing that helped me is ozempic ..
You can take your work outs
And nutrition that’s” only “ a quarter of it
It’s not a curall
Always consider sleep apnea for that 2-3 am bathroom pee visit
IDK this HRT hasn't been studied long enough to know it to is masking symptoms we are all dying we just don't need all the estrogen we're not having kids at this point your body is changing and adapting as it should . I'm listening women neurologists and others Woman Dr who say its not needed. Don't buy into Dr.s selling supplements we don't need and information not studied enough. They say natural and eat right listen the the Healthy life also from the couple.Markus and Cara and The hit podcast with the guest saying we need to not buy into this. Why are these women pushing hrt so much you should ask, Grow old as you should and keep healthy lifestyle and weights and happy living were not all the same . Men don't need testosterone neither their just not eating and living right as well. Men are from mars explains this also.
Menopause affects all women differently. For many HRT is a godsend. If you can perfectly manage everything and not need hrt good for you, but you are doing women a disservice when you tell them HRT is bad and won't help them. I am someone who had severe symptoms and wasn't able to get better without hrt. Nobody is saying take HRT and do nothing else.
I’m 58. I tend to agree with you. We are just inundated with SO much information and opinion and I don’t know what to believe. I am post menopausal. I don’t take estrogen. I figure it’s a natural part of life. I hate the idea of putting pharmaceuticals in my body. I just try to avoid going to doctor and buying into all of these tests. I like the idea of an MRI or scan to check on things- weight training- sounds doable but my bs meter rises with recommendations for adding things that cause other things. I feel good except for some sleep interruptions and a total loss of sex drive- but since I don’t miss it, it doesn’t bother me. I wish I wanted it-- can’t imagine that. Getting old just sucks. Period.
Sometimes in my prayers, I get so mad at God for making us this way.....
I share these same feelings. Just literally trying to wrap my mind around why He would design our bodies in this way. It seems like there could have been other options, but this one was chosen for some reason. The periods, perimenopause…it all just seems so dramatic and uncalled for, on top of everything else we have to endure as women. It seems like He had a little more compassion and thoughtfulness when making men. It’s nice to see someone share the same thoughts and feelings that I do about this. ❤
God made us perfect in his way , to age and die .
Evolution doesn’t care how you feel. Just that you perpetuate the species. We used to be dead by this age. Evolution hasn’t caught up. So we invented medicine.
@@travelpro23 I agree completely with you as well and the other lady's comment. I am a strong Christian; but I just still cannot wrap my head around why God designed the female body this way to undergo so many different health challenges, all throughout life beginning with puberty/the menstrual cycle. Then...perimenopause anywhere from 1-10 years before the awful dreaded horribly life changing menopause that is so disruptive in numerous ways. Lastly and finally if most women don't receive HRT; then we live/exist, but our risk for multiple diseases including Osteoporosis skyrockets. Not even to mention most physicians won't even think to prescribe Bioidentical Testosterone replacement therapy as well which is also so desperately needed for many/most women, but not every single post menopausal women needs it.
you know that when the man and the woman sinned everything changed
Doesnt exist
No all women can take HRT. This is no something new to tell women us HRT. This is medicin quimical as all treatments. This is not new. Why not to care about healthy food. Natural hormones? HRT is no like going to the supermarket and buy candy. There are side effects right
What in gods name would a man know ????!!!!!
Why is he even in this conversation
A man being informed in this can help inform other men. That's good.
That is so uneducated!!
Say what???? For me God all the way

Oh dear, she’s losing me at fibre
Not me. She’s confirming what other doctors whom I respect are saying.
Yeah I get it on the fiber. I gave it a go, started eating more green vegetables and so far (2 months) it's been useful.
The fiber is to feed your gut microbiome bacteria.
Read the Fiber Menace 🙌🙌🙌
Fiber is needed, but don't think you can just increase your fiber all at once or you will have gastrointestinal symptoms.
She is obsessed with this pharmaceutical product.
Japanese women don’t suffer from menopause. Include soy in your diet.
Exactly.
Why are we going over the same thing over and over ….
We need what else to do
Because everyone needs to hear it…..sometimes more than once.
