Never understand why people hate chin strap so much. I get that everyone tastes is differen, but imo chin strap just as good as any other beard style out there. Rock whatever you want. Wear ur chinstrap with confidence.

It is not necessary. Please watch for shaving oil. I use - pure - native olive oil, 3-8 drops, thats it. It includes after shave and skin protection, no irritations, no razor bumps. You can also use native coconut oil. Costs? Nothing! Gels and foams are only toxic chemicals! Mustn't use it!
Björn Mundt Haha thank you! I always shave with the grain because I hear it is bad to do otherwise...is this true? If I use the trimmer against the grain will that also have an adverse effect?
The electric trimmers are fast and sharp, so against/with the grain - that won't be a problem.
I use a Muhle R41 ("the beast") and i have no problem at all with my skin. No cut, razor bumps etc.. Next week i will order the Merkur 37c. With it and some good DE razor blades you will have all you need for good shaving. No need for other products. Please watch on youtube for Muhle R41 and Merkur 37C!

Funny, he shaves and doesn't cut beard hair. Is this a prank? I use a traditional DE razor-blade and solid razor (Muhle, Merkur and so on) and it works better than all of those "high tec" products which you don't need. And i shave save and clean in 3-5 minutes.
