Yes, as in Book of Jude. Last Book before Revelation. For a reason. There is not much time left for the unsaved or those on the fence. Introduce Jesus, but tell them of the rapture. Tell them there are only 2 choices. Tribulation is coming. Pull them out of the 🔥 because the fear of God is knowing God and having Heavenly Wisdom. Believe in Jesus is the only choice.
Pull them out of the 🔥 with fear. Fear of missing the rapture. When they see people are gone. They will remember what you told them. Just by saying Jesus and rapture, I 🙏 at the very least tribulation saints will be created. Because you told them of Jesus and the rapture. They can become a Bride now and be pulled out of the 🔥. Telling them of the 🔥 is fear. At the very least, the fear of 🔥 can create a Tribulation Saint. God Bless!

The judgement process was dramatically alter by Jesus Christ Himself. Before People were judged on how well they followed the law of God through their works. Jesus changed it so that only if you believe in Him as your Lord, God and Savior and admit/repent your sins can you enter Heaven. Jesus simplified it for us because we were not doing to well on the works judgement. What this also did was make the whole judgement process quicker as well. It comes down to "did you believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord, God and Savior?". Yes - "Welcome to Paradise right this way". No - "Welcome to hell, you are cooked". That is why believers enter paradise immediately and non-believers enter hell immediately and this is confirmed by near death experiences for both believers and non-believers all the time.
