USA has also some old graduate & new graduate preference rule its better not to wait for 3-4 Neet Pg failures . If you are interested in Internal medicine, Family medicine, Paediatrics (Easier to get ) go for USA route as u will be an equivalent to senior consultant of India after completing ur subspecialty training (like Cardio, Neuro etc ) in USA . And every country in the world will accept you as consultant without any exam .

A minor correction: post doc fellowship is reserved for those who have completed graduate course (PhD or completion of fellowship in clinical sciences. It cannot happen prior to completion of residency/fellowship successfully).

this is not correct, postdoc in any person who works as a researcher after completion of a doctorate degree, that can be PhD ( what a traditional postodc means) or MD. Residency and fellowship are clinical pursuits while postdoc is a research pursuit. Sincerely- someone who is working as a postdoc before completing residency

Sorry to tell you that you are misinformed. Fellows who often complete fellowship training after completion of residency training program are not referred to as post docs.

Sir I’m studying in AFMC and I want to do residency in USA. But I don’t want to leave just yet, I want to serve in the army before leaving india, but everyone around me is saying that after doing short service in Armed Forces, it’s tough to go to USA as they want fresh medical graduates etc. Do you think it’s possible to go to USA after working in the forces ? If so, how?

EVERYTHINHG IS GOID IN US LIFE AND MONEY BUT REALLY INDIANS FEEL HAPOY THERE, BECAUSE I HAV BEEN THERE FOR FEW MONTHS AND FELT BAD and was missing India.
Indian go there , earn money but spend less and save, bhai in the end all will die and leave money for kids.
No matter how much Indian earn they will spend frugally.
