yes, I've been trying to fix a necklace of mine that had these knots and I couldn't work out how to do them! your tutorial was super helpful
OMG THANKS YOU'RE A LIFE SAVER, TRULY 😭😭😭💕 i accidentally tied my knots too hard when i take off my necklace. now its too big and can't adjust so I'm looking for ways to adjust it. your video help me sooo much, i end up snapping the knots off and making new one. so i thank you very very much! 😘
and i got it right the first try~
Thank you very much. I now have 2 new necklaces, 1 bracelet, and my husband has a new necklace too! Your instructions are very clear and easy to follow!
yes. I used a 2mm cord and it was fine but it doesn't matter as you can use any size getting the same result.
A very good video. Not a person talking and waving their hands around. Straight to the point and easy to understand.
Thanks for this. It turned out perfectly on the first attempt; I had been struggling with another method for over an hour.
Fantastic! I bought a delightful abalone necklace with black cord sliding knots but then they came undone and I sadly put the necklace away for two years! Now, thanks to your video, I've redone the knots and I'm wearing it again right now! Thank you so much!
"Take a look. It is very easy."
Aaaaaand I'm lost.
Very nice! Thank you for your work :)
heyyy man
Yo
Saved. This is my go to vid to get these knots right. Thanks again.
As a jewelry designer this has made a great new process in my bracelet designs. love it.
Thanks for making such a clear and easy-to-follow tutorial! I was able to finish my necklace without needing jump rings and clasps and suchnot. Very useful!
Thank you sooooooo much!!! I took apart another necklace on a leather strap to make a new one for a gift, and couldn't for the life of me duplicate the double slider knots that were used to make the necklace in the first place. I'm sure he'll appreciate the much more professional appearance now.
thanks again,
Steph
First video I found on how to do this, and got it right on the first go! Going to add this to favourites just in the case I need to refer back.
DaysofLostGlory89 me too! First video first go then everything is perfect!
Thank you SO MUCH! I tried to follow written instructions and came up with a knotty mess...this video made it so simple to do, I had two necklaces done in less than 5 minutes! Awesome :)
I normally don't like video tutorials as people tend to ramble on and on and repeat themselves... but this tutorial is EXCELLENT, TO THE POINT, and PERFECTLY explains the process.
CRYSTALDREAMS - you could start a side business and coach the inept in how to make video tutorial!
Thanks, it worked first time... perfect!
This is great for anyone...I am artistic, but knew nothing about knots and beading, now with this guy's help, I'm a pro. Thanks.
It actually worked. Which is shocking coming from someone who sucks so hard at crafts
I've always wondered how to make this knot. Thanks for posting such an easy to follow demonstration!!
FINALLY! A video that really shows how this is done! Thank you so much!
Thanks for showing HOW to do it! Everyone else just skims over it or doesn't show it up close! NOW I can DO it!!!
This is the best instructional video on making a sliding knot. I found it last year. Thankfully, I added this to my favorites. Just watched it again. THANK-YOU VERY MUCH!
This video saved me! My favourite necklace broke and I just fixed it with this tutorial. Thank you!!
Very impressed at how simple this technique is and how well you demonstrated it. thank you for sharing! Works a charm everytime.
This is my go-to tutorial every time I want to make a new necklace for my crystals.
This is exactly what I wanted and you showed it very clearly - thank you!!
Pressed enter by accident. This tutorial was super easy to understand. Got it the first time I tried. Again thank you so much!
It just took one try. Bravo on the simplicity of the instructions.
Thank you this was the easiest video to follow. I tried another video first but I couldn't see because the person who demonstrated the sliding knot had their hands covering the wrapping. You video was perfect! I could see everything.
Great video... you showed the technique SLOWLY, so it was easy to see and learn! Thank you...
Thank you! I tried several other pdf tutorials and youtube tutorials that made it so confusing I was convinced I would never learn how to do this. You made this so very easy to learn and saved me a lot of money since I won't need to buy clasps!!!
Thank you so much for this. I fixed my big wooden fish necklace! It worked the first time. I am super super thrilled!
This is the best Tutorial of this type of knot on UA-cam. I couldn’t follow the others.
What a great instructional video! Thank you for going slow and showing every step clearly!
Thank you! Was struggling with a necklace I somehow untied, but couldn't fix. Did it the first time after watching this! Appreciate it!
Nightsongs, i agree with you. There are many videos such as hairstyles and jewelry making that i get excited to learn, however they either have music playing which competes with the instructor or they simply don't review their video for clarity both in speaking and especially in the instruction being clear and close, actually from the viewers point of watching. This is good, i hope the rest of the videos are done as well. Thanks for the vid!
Thank you so much! I've tried unsuccessfully many times to learn this. Thanks to you, I finally have!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!! THIS IS FANTASTIC!! And,,SO EASY!!! Was not totally sure how long to make it,,I thought I heard a meter?? Really appreciate your work!!
This was really helpful and so well illustrated that I got it right on the first try & was able to fix my necklace, thank you!

Great tutorial - I made one perfectly first go, thank you!
+Bunnycake thanks!
You can learn sooo much on UA-cam!!! Thanks for posting this.
Thank you for the video. I wanted to use this knot on the lanyard for my walking stick. I didn't have enough leather string to tie two knots and have a big enough loop. So I just tied an overhand knot on the other end and pulled it tight. Voila! A nicer looking knot than the double overhand knot that it came with and very close to the same size loop as before. So this variation can be used for maximum length in a loop.
Thank you so much! Ive been looking at lots of videos on how to do a slide knot but I didnt understand them. You made it very clear what to do and your hands were not in the way like in the other videos! Thank you!!!
I love this, I always make things difficult, you make it simple! Thank you!
Thank you! That was so easy to follow compared to some of the other videos!!!!!!!

Thanks for the video. I made one, with some pretty copper beads on it. It's nice to not have to worry about cord ends, crimps, etc. And customers think the slide knot is cool.
Wonderful and informative - now I have my necklace back!
Oh my goodness, thank you! My sister bought one of these necklaces for me, and one knot came undone because I was too rough when adjusting it. I couldn't figure out how to fix it, this video saved that necklace!
She, your method is the best here. Others videos are confusing but I'm doing it from here first try and both sides are even . Appreciation and love from India.
😎🔥🙏🇮🇳🙏🔥😎

Yes, your's has been the best tutorial so far. I wonder if you could hook the camera on your chest and aim it at your hands. My eyes seeing the same direction as your eyes. I had to turn my phone upside down to see what your eyes were seeing. That helped me understand the small details. Thank you for making this video. 😊 I turned off the sound cause it distracted me. Yes I'm just a mess but my knots look pretty good.
wow! very helpful! i'm making my own bracelet for my mother bday. this video is super helping me! thanks dude!
