Nails are fine from visual perspective. However clear vertical ridges mean you are deficient in some nutrients in particular iron, magnesium, calcium, and B complex, and possibly others. Ditch any added sugar and seed oils including canola, sunflower, flaxseed, etc, unless you can squeeze them yourself and consume immediately. Eat tons of dark greens (like 2 bunches a day in variety of ways). Those things will allow your body to start digesting well again. And thank you for the video. I want to make ankle bracelet and this should work well.

I mimicked tying my stone to the cord just as you did, but after tying the sliding knots and putting the necklace on, it just came out non-symmetrical. If the stone had been free to move around, it would just center itself to the knots.. next time i'm doing it differently.

Ashley Guerney I think the cord length should be just about twice the desired length of your necklace with a little extra like 2" added. That's my calculation. Hope that'll help!
