Simple takedown setup (works gi and no gi)

- This setup has been one of my favorites this year. Last year I jacked my neck and knees up from shooting in on single legs. I got tired of getting stingers in my neck from shooting and decided to add some trips in with my takedown game.
This technique is really all timing you have to really watch the way your opponent is stepping. Once you see your opportunity you have to be quick and capitalize. It takes a little practice I was terrible at it the first month trying it than I finally figured out the mechanics of the technique.
I love this technique because it no longer requires me to drop down and change my levels which helps my neck out a lot. By being a tall grappler it also helps me with shorter grapplers I can't get under.
