    1. Rahsia saya ialah Minyak Sapi - InsyAllah tak berbau kuat tetapi rasa amat berbeza - tart akan jadi lebih lembut dan gebu. Cair dimulut! Begitu juga dengan susu pekat - Ia bukan saja berfungsi untuk memberi sedikit kemanisan, tetapi juga untuk mengekalkan kelembabpan (moist) kepada tart anda.
    2. Tepung jagung dalam 20 gram dan tepung kastard dalam 20 g (lebih kurang 1 sudu setiap satu) akan membuatkan tart anda lebih kejap dan tidak mudah hancur bila dipegang.
    3. Tart paling elok guna butter berkualiti seperti contoh Goldern Churn, Anchor atau mentega tulen yang lain.
    4. Untuk dapat warna yang menarik, tart mesti dibakar 2 kali dan diubah tempat. Jadikan tart anda lain dari yang lain.
    5. Resepi ini diolah dan diperbaiki mengikut sukatan yang pasti InsyaAllah jadi elok. Banyak kali dah buat dan amat memuaskan. InsyaAllah.
    6. INGAT! Jika adunan terlembik, tambah tepung gandum. Jika terkeras, tambah butter! Itu cara untuk menyelamatkan adunan.
    Bahan bahan ( Boleh dapat 100 biji Tart )
    250 gram butter
    30 gram minyak sapi
    40 g susu pekat manis
    1 biji kuning telur
    1 sudu esen vanilla
    450 gram tepung gandum
    20 gram tepung kastard
    20 gram tepung jagung
    Important Tip
    1. My honest secret is Ghee - Trust me that no strong smell will occur BUT the taste is rich and so soft. Ghee is the best in changing the texture of the tart to become smooth and rich without strong smell with this amount. Same goes to condensed milk, not only it give a bit of sweetness, but it also keep your tart at the right moist.
    2. Corn flour and custard flour about 20 g each or a spoon each will make the tart firmed and not easily broken when handled.
    3. Tart is best done using premium butter like Golden Churn or Anchor or other pure butter. The taste will be much better than imitation butter product.
    4. To get a golden color for the tart, you have to play with the baking technique. First bake at middle tier and second bake at the top most for just 5 minute until you get that golden color.
    5. This recipe is tested many times and it works! And some are doing business with this.
    6. REMEMBER ! If dough too soft, add wheat flour. If too hard, add butter. That is how you save your dough in case of emergency !
    Ingredients (Can make up to100 Tarts)
    250 gram butter
    30 gram Ghee
    40g spoon condensed milk
    1 egg yolk
    1 tea spoon vanilla extract
    450 gram wheat flour
    20 gram custard flour about one spoon
    20 gram corn flour about one spoon

    重要提示:
    1.加入1勺酥油-酥油使饼柔软。 用适当的量不会使你的酥饼有骚味
    2.加20克的玉米粉,给饼不易碎。
    3.建议用金桶牛油或者anchor牛油做出来的饼非一般味道!
    4.想要得到金黄色外皮的技巧首先放在烘炉中间烤到熟后再放到最顶层烤1分钟左右。
    5.这个食谱已经教过无数人做了,有些人已经开始用来做生意了。
    6.记住!如果揉面团太软,则添加面粉。 如果太硬,加牛油。 这是在意外情况下解救面团的作法!
    食谱(可做约100个凤梨酥卷)
    250克 牛油
    30克 酥油(1汤匙满)
    40克 炼乳
    1个 蛋黄
    1茶匙 香草精
    450克 面粉
    20克 吉士达粉
    20克 玉米粉

    These Pineapple Tart Balls are so good! Literally melt in your mouth. I was worried that just 40g of condensed milk would not be sweet enough for the amount of flour but they came out so good. This will be my go to recipe from now on :)

    Hi, thank you for your recipe. In your video you used AP flour but in your recipe, it’s listed as wheat flour. Which is the correct flour to use?

      Actually they are the same. AP is made of varieties of wheat. :) For countries that does not have AP like bakers choice, they can use wheat/gandum flour. My recommendation is if yoi have AP use it as it is finer.

      1. About 500 g is enough for this one.
      2. No dont use mixer. Just use wisker or ladle would do. Do not over beat ok.
      3. Replace it with butter.

      Tq. I just finished baking the first batch .. it turn out to be lovely...but i am not sure it beacause of the temperature or what. The tart crack a bit. But still it smell heavenly 😊 my husband said he can smell the pineapple tart from the backyard 😂.. tq so much.

      Btw. .. just to confirm ... is this how we do it ...the first 24 minutes 170° c middle rack bottom heat and last 5 minutes 190° c top heat...

      Honestly, you may use between 30-70g to get the melting effect. You want really melt, use 70g but there will be slight ghee taste. If you use 30g, it will still melt but no ghee taste. So use within this range up to your taste!

      My pineapple jam : 2 pineapple cut and clean, half cup of water, half cup sugar and blend them. Simmer it with 4 cloves or a smal cinnamon stick. Make sure it turn color to get rid of the liquid. Watch my rolled tart recipe as the filling part is there.

    Hi, is it possible to half the recipe? Want to try out with a smaller batch first (: and what brand of butter do you like to use? tried making pineapple tarts before but the butter i used didn't give me the buttery taste i like

      Yes you may half it. My choice of butter is always Golden Churn or if not, Anchor . I love them both.

      1. I use bakers choice which is all purpose flour and it is also a form of wheat flour.
      2. Still put 1 yolk no problem
      3. Just add like 1-2 spoon full flour and you are good to do open tart!

      Ok simple : 1 yolk with either 3/4 table spoon of plain water, or milk or oil or even honey. The impact is almost the same.
