Not sure why you’d monitor boost. Set boost and oil temp on your trip meter. On the left side I monitored DAM, FBK, and FKL. On the right it was manifold air temp, af ratio, and target boost to monitor of target boost is being reached. If you’re Flex Fuel, run the final ethanol instead of air temp.
On the 2002-2005 WRX the DAM is displayed as a number 1-16 (16 being ideal) on all other Subarus it will be a decimal from 0-1 (1 being ideal) *I know you guys deal with '15+ Subarus but you gotta cover all bases for customers with the EJ2.0L
I have had the Cobb Accessport for a little while about 400~ miles driven on it and i have experienced some knock as of recently. It started out as 1.40 for a while but didn't always happen and this is with out the AC running, and today while driving it hit 4.2. Never had DAM drop but do you guys have any input on if i should take the tune off and wait for a pro tune in the future?
Have you figured out? My 2019 only has 1800 miles , installed AP for four days now and my DAM went from 1 to 0.85, my fine knock keeps reading -5.3 whenever it it 2000 rpm, After 2000rpm it goes back to 0, but the drop of DAM freaks me out
@@slowassmiata Make sure you are using top tier fuel only! Also, make sure you have the right tune for example if you have 91 Octane tune run only 91 or higher and if you have 93 octane tune only run 93 octane...Usually bad fuel will lower you DAM.

im seeing feedback knock values range from -1.4 to -6.0 while im light throttle cruising. i also monitored it during a few pulls and it stays at 0 the entire pull. not sure what that all means

when 1st setting up the AP to your car, tune or no tune, it’s still a flash count on the ECU. If you have to go to Subaru for a warranty repair, they will check your ECU and if you have ever had an AP married to the car, they will see the flash count. This can lead to Subaru of America declining your warranty repair!! Now days with so many warranty claims and many owners having flashed, Subaru is more than ever checking ECU count before approving warranty. There are more dealerships that will decline warranty from ECU flash than ones that will!! Unless your ready to pay for ALL repairs out of pocket, I’d ride out the warranty just to be on the safe side!! It sucks believe me, ive got a 2019 STi and would love nothing more than to run an AP just to monitor stock at minimum!! I’ve even talked with my dealership and they said its a no go once Subaru of America asks for the ECU info!!

Add access port, ignore all numbers lol that’s my way
