Results look great, but like you mentioned, there are 2 big confounding variables:
1.) your description says you got IPL while trying this out. So your drastically improved results are likely due to IPL
2.) your husband’s before shot was his skin healing from a burns. So obviously, 3 months later, the burn would improve even without rice water.
Apologies, I’m a researcher & these 2 things are a disclaimer worth mentioning with greater clarity as there are lots of young impressionable girls here who may be disappointed by not having results are great as you guys did. Best regards.

Rice water is my holy grail and I also like to use it as a toner. Ever since I added it to my skincare routine my skin has felt more hydrated, glowier, and brighter. I was losing hair daily. My barber recommended me to use this reactivate hair growth serum by littlexetra and got it about 2 weeks back and have been using it after receiving it. Yeah it really works well I highly recommend it... I used to wash my face with the first rice wash water almost every day when I was a teenager and helped me a lot..i didn't have acne or blackhead..I stop it to do it because my family moved in Europe and the rice here is treated. I noticed the first rice water is not milky because it's rice that I buy from the market sadly here I can't find rice at street markets(bio/organic rice).. I will try to let the rice soak until it becomes milky.. I miss the benefits I had back in the days😊👍

I tried it and it DOESN’T work for dark spots. Her results were due to the IPL treatment that she had as mentioned in the description box. Other than that it’s a nice inexpensive toner that leaves the skin soft and hydrated but don’t be fooled into thinking it will correct your hyperpigmentation.

I’ve been using rice water as a rinse or a pre-soak for my hair for several months now. My hair is really thick naturally. However, with the rice water, it’s also made the strands really strong & healthy.
Found a video last year about how this has been sort of a ritual for Asian women for centuries, & there a lot of positive reviews on UA-cam about it, so I decided to give it a try. My hair used to be really young long when I was younger & ever since doing the rice water, it’s like it’s gone back to not only being healthier, but growing like it hasn’t grown in a couple years! So simple, who knew!
I haven’t thought about using it on my skin though. However, I’ve been going through a detox for awhile, & my skin’s been purging lately, so I have breakouts in places that I’m not used to & I think I want to give this a try!

When you do a whole bag make sure you have a quart jar to pour the rest in with a tight lid , with it be a well known gets bugs I keep it In The ref with a label on the jar , same with my flour , I hate those little Miller type bugs, took me four year to get rid of them that came in a bag of flour from wal mart it had all kind on nest in it , these millers them goes and lays eggs in your ceiling, your curtains every where then the thatch as a maggot type worm . Then it starts all over . Soon now I keep fly ribbons hung in my house, which has stayed clean for a year now but not going to go through the invasion again . Gl

I was outraged when I heard this person claiming that rice water contains vitamin A (not found in plants, they contain beta carotene, which is a vit A precursor), vitamin E (water insoluble, like vit A), vitamin C (seeds don't contain it, at least not in considerable amounts). Plus water soluble/charged compounds can't enter your skin. Processed rice is also not a very good source of antioxidants (which include vit A, E and C). These facts can be easily checked, people with no basic knowledge of chemistry/cosmetology/dietetics should really start checking their claims using reliable sources. I guess rice water works as a good humectans, since it contains mostly starch.

Ive been using this for more than a week and surely it does wonders ... thank you god bless
If you do ferment, use organic pomelo or grapefruit peels for both smell and vitamin c that feeds the probiotics in the fermentation process. That’s what the Yao women do!
Wow, I’m going to try to use it on my face! I’ve been using it in my hair, and it’s better than any store bought product I’ve used. The before and afters show a huge improvement.
How do you use it in your hair? As a leave in spray? A rinse? Would like to give it a go.
@@lisastewart4991 I was thinking about getting a spray bottle with a heavy spray but right now I just pour it over my head over a bowl in the bathroom. I do it over a bowl so if I miss anything I don’t lose the rice water till I’m done.
@@ankida wow! Do you rinse it off afterwards? Do you do it on shampooed hair or just like that?
@@purpurina5663 I’ve been lightly shampooing with a natural shampoo, but I also added some Shikakai powder to my rice water. It’s a natural cleanser/shampoo. It’s supposed to replace one of the more difficult ingredients. I saw it in a different video that explained it out more, but I can’t remember whose it was. I have a dirty job, so I’ve been worried to use it without some shampooing.I kinda want to try though.
@@ankida thanks!!
Holy cow! That is a change! Tbh I didn't expect the before and after to be so visible, definitely gonna try
For real. Super visible results!
i've been using it for a week! AND LET ME TELL YOU! This is the first method EVER that helped me with my cyctic acne. I've tried so many things since puberty, nothing helps! They were there for YEARS sometimes and the skin was severely damaged. Rice water helped me WITHIN A WEEK. Even the biggest once are almost recovered. The magic is in simple things indeed. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
What method did you use and did you use it as a toner too ??
I use rice water and add essential oils to it. Lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint. Whatever you like.
You have the glass skin everyone always strives for. Beautiful!
Great video! I love to see the before and after! ❤
I have been using it for 3 days and i have noticed visible differences..
It has brightened my complexion
Reduced the appearance of pores
Helped heal pimples faster
Reduced marks
Made my skintone even
It is also helping me with texture
P.s I made mine with the first method.
Whice method you used??
OOOOOO I'm going to use this!! ❤🙏🏼 thank you!! Xx
Listen, she used obviously more than just rice water in that 3 month time, she must have a day and night routine including the rice water toner, but yes the result is great :) i dont have a toner in my routine i will try to include the rice toner :) my routine is: Nyacinamide + Retinol (tretinoin) + Moisturizer
Where did you get those items you use 🤗
@@SEA-U2 All from the ordinary, Tretinoin is a stronger form of retinol only provided from a doctor
@@dorajade4420 Thank you
Girl knows wassup, the Ordinary is legendary.
Definitely.. Rice water must've contributed like 5-10%
So i mean decent?
I’m using it 3 times a day I carry the bottle with me and trust me I’m 22 and I look like 15 (my skin) i used to look older than my age before now it’s the opposite ❤ key is to be consistent you’ll get results only after 1 month of daily use age and if you use it daily forever girllll you won’t age 😍
How to use??
I heard about rice water for the first time. I will definitely try it! Thank you for this video and methods!
I came here again after two months. Thank you for this my skin has improved a lot.
Does it Get worse at first week then gets better in a month?
I can say that stress can also affects our skin...i wish this could work for me...
Girl your right I'm already going through many things in life and I feel dull I used rice water but in opposite i got acne/pimples...
@@smilealways4978 Well, a product can work really well for some and badly for others, that's normal. I hope you can find products that fit your skin in particular !
