- I'm extremely grateful to our community who made this sweet little home wedding happen, despite so many potential obstacles along the way. Our protocol was to have everyone quarantine for 14 days and get COVID tested prior to the wedding. We're thankful that our parents and wedding party all remained healthy before and after the event. 2020 has definitely been an interesting year so far, but with God and our community by our side (online and in-person), we feel like we can get through it all! Thank you for following our wedding journey up until this point. We can't wait to share more of our lives with you!

I had planned to get married, a date, she had the dress.... but during my chronic illness my engagement broke down. I was semi-housebound, lost my job and finances and couldn't even hold a 10 minute conversation or see friends.
But you know what.... things don't always work out as we plan, but God was good and faithful to me. He slowly restored me, and worked mightily in me when he stripped me of all things.
God is faithful and His ways are not our ways. His thoughts are not our thoughts.
Now I am making my own videos and sharing what God has done in and through me :)
I know He will open the right doors at the right time :)

Congrats Jon and Anh! What a beautiful wedding you guys had. You guys are a real testimony that an abundant life goes beyond material things. Yes the world situation doesn't allow at this point to have a big venue, but this is the perfect example that you don't need to spend thousands of hundreds of dollars when the most important thing is to obey and do it before God, and still you guys had your own beautifully decorated venue (your gorgeous place). Even though it was a small intimate wedding, it was so beautiful!!! I loved your parents words, your vows, your dress, the wedding plates made by you, the cake look fantastic and Ollie looked so cute!!! I cried watching this video. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful moment and the journey to get there.

So, here's what I just remembered: a wedding that is done for the sole reason of uniting a couple can be done anywhere at anytime. All you need is love, an officiant, and the people who are most precious to you. What I just saw touched my heart. An intimate wedding at home could be the perfect way to tie a knot in the midst of all these unfortunate Shenanigans. Cheers to their love!

Adriana Bustamante same here, I didn't spend as much on mine but I wish I made it even more intimate (was during COVID restrictions so had 20 guests total. I wish I could go back in time and tell myself to go with a smaller budget and ignore the ungodly people who wanted to hurt me emotionally. It's okay, we need to be grateful and humble ourselves in the future to not desire earthly possessions as much.

mnchnn I saved up for years to have a princess wedding . When the time came I was so upset with certain people who made it hard on me to get stuff and Or laughed at me . I became overwhelmed, felt so hurt and alone . And I let it affect me so bad . But I gave it to God . He should have been the most important thing that day but I always cared what people thought . Not anymore. God has taught me to trust him will my life and let go . I just brought it up because only because I wish it would have been different.
