I'd heard the name a lot, but wasn't really sure what the game itself was like. You described it really well and sold me on it, picked it up on Steam today
Warhammer and Floris mods are probably our favorites. Never tried bannerpage. Looking it up right now I may have to give that a go! Looks dope. Except I'm currently playing Bannerlord to do a video on soon... Never enough time! 😭
I never actually tried Fire & Sword. Once I went Warband, I never gave anything else a go lol. Consensus among the M&B community has always been that Warband is the best, so guess I never had the desire to try anything else. Probably to my detriment.

I've never played before, but the price is right, and I'm not ready to try Bannerlord with some of the negative reviews it has gotten. So I'm excited to try something older that's tried and true and gave the series what it has today. Much appreciated! Yeah my channel is themed around patient gaming so most of my videos are on titles a year to 20 years old (except Baldur's Gate 3, heh). I'm here to make stuff for people like you. :D Those looking for something with a good reputation behind it. But you're in for a treat, because Mount and Blade: Warband is phenomenal and still holds up to this day. Once you do a vanilla playthrough, or two, there are also a plethora of great mods out there to partake in. Recommend the Floris mod if you ever get the desire to switch things up. Enjoy!
as a frequent bannerlord player, im not very understanding of the flak bannerlord gets, i feel its a masterpiece just as warband was. it elaborated on and improved nearly every aspect of the game in my opinion
I have low CPU usage (about 12-14%) on Warband and its MODs, resulting in frame droping to 30-40 during the battles with 400 soldies. Siince in Bannerlord, CPU usage is ok, then i got 50 fps+ with 1000 soldiers... Any help??

Try using WSE2 it helps make the game run smoother for warband
