    Merci Chef j'adore vos recettes et celle-ci me fait tellement envie. 2 questions cependant: comment remplacer les sauces à l'ail et au gingembre (périssable en 4 semaines seulement) de la poudre peut -être ou une préparation ail + gigembre à la poele? 2eme question: est ce necessaire de préparer les oeufs 40 minutes avant de les incorporer?
    Thank you Chef, I love your recipes and this one makes me want it so much. 2 questions however: how to replace garlic and ginger sauces (perishable in just 4 weeks) powder perhaps or a garlic + ginger preparation in the pan? 2nd question: is it necessary to prepare the eggs 40 minutes before incorporating them?

    • @CHEFSLABO
      @CHEFSLABO  2 місяці тому +1

      Aucun problème. J'irai droit au but !!
      Q1 : Vous pouvez congeler l'ail et le gingembre en tube pour les conserver plus longtemps. Ou râpez simplement les frais finement. Les poudres ne sont pas recommandées car elles sont conçues pour convenir aux plats occidentaux.
      Q2: Vous n'êtes pas obligé de préparer l'œuf à l'avance. Pas de stress👍
      J'espère que cette réponse vous aidera !! Dites moi si vous avez d'autres questions!! Cela aidera aussi les autres téléspectateurs !! Alors ne soyez pas timide😉
      --------
      No problem. I'll get straight to the point!!
      Q1: You can freeze tubed garlic and ginger to keep them longer. Or simply grate the fresh ones finely. Powders are not recommended as they are designed to suit Western dishes.
      Q2: You don't have to prepare the egg in advance. No stress👍
      I hope this answer helps you!! Let me know if you have any other questions!! This will help other viewers too!! So don't be shy😉
