1. Consistency is Key. Stick to basics, wash your face before going to bed. One layer down. One product consistency. Small incremental changes, lead to big results in life. Sunscreens, moisturiser!
Listening to it being 21, I realize how much more I still need to learn and practice, and you, beautiful ladies, really inspired me to take simplicity and consistency seriously in upcoming 2023. I just discovered you 3 days ago and you have already influenced me so much. Watching your videos makes me feel like I’m talking to a good friend, thank you so much for your hard work 🥰🥰
Low key i have a terrible habit a lot of times to go to bed without washing my face, especially during the winter time because it gets so cold in my bathroom. I have simplified my skincare routine now to where it's just cleanser, acne treatment, and then moisturizer so it makes it easier to do now but when I'm super lazy and dont want to go to bed with a dirty face, I at least just try to wipe my face with some witch hazel. It may not be the most hygienic or best for my skin but it's better than nothing in my opinion. I dont recommend this because washing your face at night is way better but it has worked for my skin every once in a while when I'm just too tired and got home late from work.
I’m actually watching this video long after it came out but it felt so amazingly close to what I needed to hear. The advice and the lessons you both have learned throughout life feels so valuable. I’m only 23 and sometimes life can feel so overwhelming. It’s so nice to be reminded that i’m exactly where i need to be. Thank you so much!
Oh my 💗 Thanks for saying that "only 23" part here I'm still 22 by now but months later I'll already be a 23 year old girl. And being a little older, it's like many things could be expected from me that could be overwhelming; the pressure is there. And so thanks for reminding me that I'm still young although next time I will be 23 already. Probably also much better to take a sip of green tea right now 🍵🌿
💊 Consistency is key in skincare and life. 💊 Small incremental changes lead to big results over time. 💊 Investing in yourself goes beyond monetary aspects. 💊 Investing time in learning and education is valuable. 💊 Fill your life with meaningful activities and avoid excessive social media consumption. 💊 Prioritize what is important to you and make conscious choices.
I love these podcasts. I love how real you ladies are. I love that I’ve been watching for years now, and I’ve grown with you guys! 💕 I just got married last week, and my skin was GLOWING thanks to your channel 🥹
I started being consistent with my routine this year. I actually started building the routine last summer (2021) by using just a cleanser and then adding another product, then another. Keeping it simple and consistent has been key to me this year in all aspects of my life. Another thing I learned this year is that skincare it's not only for the face. The face is just like 10% of our skin so I've been really trying this year to not neglect the rest of my body. Awesome episode, I really love your channel 💞💞 happy new year 🥂
totally agree with Fel.. as I get older, all I care is practically. be it skincare, handbags, cooking utensils etc. I don't buy things that only looks cute. I need them to work 🤣
You both got me into skincare and being consistent with just the simplicities of taking care of your skin and just having healthy skin. As someone with eczema for the longest I thought I *couldnt* use skincare products because I was so limited as a kid and teen dealing with my skin. There are products out there that were made for me and that can help me and you guys made me realize that. Knowing that I can have healthy skin and it doesn’t have to be “clear” and flawless but just simply and beautifully healthy. I say all that to say thank y’all for what you do as creators. I trust y’all with my skincare life 😂😂 your podcast episodes have been so beautiful. Happy New Year ladies!!
You girls are so smart. (Yes, I’m old enough to be your mom.) However, you’re never too young nor too old to learn life’s lessons. You know... I’d love to see Kelly Driscoll as a guest on your show. Keep up the good work, Beauties!
I loved this!! I've been keeping up with my skincare routine for the past couple of months and really love how you two applied it as analogies for life ❤️
You said being consistent and i literally got up and grabbed my retinol 🥴🥴cause i need to work on staying on top of it for my hormonal acne. Love your videos ladies 💕💕 and happy holidays 🥰🥰
2:48 consistency is key 12:27 investing in yourself 19:32 trusting your intuition 25:41 learning simplicity 29:12 understanding we are all at different stages 32:33 learning to love the journey we are on 💕 Hopefully I got them all! 😊
I wouldnt say "its not supposed to feel like bark", calluses and other toughening of the dermis are there to protect us. Especially if u live somewhere with really cold or dry weather. Now u dont have to live that way if you dont want to, but if ur cool with ur skins natural condition than do u boo :)
I want to work on consistency just with skin care and overall everything in life. Such as like medication (taking medication consistently has been difficult for me) and starting to exercise again (I have a bad relationship with exercise). I also agree that finding that like few products that are helpful is more important than buying a bunch of products and that is some thing that I plan to work on in 2023. I have a quick question where do you get the sweaters that you both have? Because they are so cute and I love them. Happy new year! 💜
Something a lot of people resonate with when it comes to “exercise” is to call it movement. If you haven’t, explore different types of movement. For the most part the gym doesn’t really appeal to me but I can ride hundreds of miles on my bike like it’s nothing. I also like roller skating and hula hooping. Some sort of movement that raises your heart rate and you feel so good doing you don’t necessarily feel this need to time yourself as some sort of “endurance” exercise. I’d much rather engage in something that makes me lose track of time than force myself and time myself in something that feels like work or punishment. Best of luck to you in your journey. I intend this message helps at least one person🤍
Last live of the new year, yays! Happy New Years and THANKS for all the great tips and product recommendations!!! A lot of self improvement and reflection, to improve not only today but the days ahead! AND as always, #ThanksGals ✨🤍💫
I loved this one Fel and Row :( this one was so raw and just so open and honest. We all go through our trials and tribulations but no matter what, it will always go up from the bottom!!! Happy new year girls. May you continue to find your peace and worth in this world. I and many others are forever grateful to you both and this channel you have created. Muah ❤️
I know its such a profound and deep topic but please tell us what make up you used! I love Rowena’s silky and creamy eyeshadow. So subtle but looks expensive and complimentary to your eyes!
I definitely wish that i started using sunscreen earlier and considered botox in early 40s....I do use this micro current device I got this Christmas, foreo Bear and I love it. All in all , i see effects, glad I discovered this brand.
Thank u ...I have learn alot from you, sisters 😊 ... not only about skincare but also life ...now I understand why you guys name this channel "beauty within"❤️love your podcasts
Thank you for the tips. Been watching you guys for years ❤ hope to win skincare products even this is my first time joining something like this. Being hopeful here from the Philippines 🎉❤😊
1. x1.5 speed 2. multi-task while listening 3. understand & integrate but 4. don't compare yourself "especially appearances" (asian skin is more supple than anglosaxon skin & body types *non-baise opinion) 5. you can always save money for surgery "double eyelid surgery" ^ dont lie or be predatory toward exploiting off other vulnerabilities for ultracrepidarian
These are definitely tips I need to hear again and again, especially consistency and invest in yourself. I’m so glad I found you beautiful souls. Following all your social media now💋 Hope y’all have a Happy New Year✨🥳❄️
I totally agree in consistency and having quality time with ourselves these two are really important when it comes to skincare for me personally because now that I’m consistent with using my skincare products I do really see a big results rather than changing it quickly 🫶🏻 I just entered my entry 🤞🏻 Good luck to us and Happy Holidays Everyone 💚❤️💙

Practicing patience with my skin journey & consistency!! Cheers to 2023!!
