Got my RT in 2015 when they were 40k. 135k miles later and the only major issue was a bad water pump that went out @ 100k miles. Regular maintenance and care and still going strong!
@@spawn11uses regular or mid grade. Premium and you’re wasting money unless you have a 93 octane tune and looking for more hp to waken the 5.7 Hemi, but you’ll also need an unlocked PCM.
@@Kmac23YTI started off with a 2013 AWD Durango “heat” I wish I had kept it! Pentastar V6 was plenty power, nowadays everyone wants a v8, more power, but how often do you utilize all the hp? You’re right though, Durangos look good👍🏻
Same for what it is its a great car with a good engine and decent gas mileage compared to a rt i dont see a durango really being a speeder compared to a charger or challenger
One reason NOT to buy is the rear taillights where water leaks inside and requires entire strip of lights to be replaced. May NOT be covered by warranty. All Durango models from 2013 to current year will likely have this problem when being build Chrysler did not put any sealant around the light bar. A class action lawsuit has been filed over this one issue. I love my 2019 RT, but this problem wears the shine off my love. Problem may happen again even after it's repaired. Do a search on YT for Durango taillights.
Have fun trying to buy a BMW, wich are actually very good cars, then. You basically have to buy an engine you can use for 20.000$ separately they’re so expensive XD

I got a 2020 rt last year and love it

I enjoyed driving this beast this week while my car was in the shop.

Have a 2012 Durango Crew, it has 220,000 miles and I've had no major issues with it.
That's good to hear I got a 2011 and I'm at 155k..interesting enough I got a sunroof while my buddy who has a 2013 doesn't have one
@@vMalekith Mine has a sunroof too, I don't really use it that much, but whatever.
The tow n go rt factory makes about 400 to 420 horse power. Dynoed.
It comes with a srt performance exhaust.
