this is the first time watching Scott Carney - - INCREDIBLY annoying as an interviewer. I appreciate the patience, the gracious example of Patrick who can remain cool, calm and collected and focused. GREAT info. Thank you Patrick

Patrick here is amazing. And call me at "old" at 30 years of age... I cannot stand when an interview conducts their "interview" with their guest merely as a means of expressing all the opinions they already had. It's a fucking interview - not a debate.

I love what you said at 23:54 It has gotten out of hand and it is at the point of no return, which is causing more neurosis for people who are involved on the internet, social media, etc. Thanks for this and keep it up, Scott 👍👍

Scott go with the falsh, as you will get more financial success. It will end up, a flash in the pan , hurting people at the same time.
    Your truth is told.
    Thank you Pat!

Adrenaline and cotisol are the definition of stress (stress hormones), they make you feel good, as your on your way to a heart attack.

    Genesis 2:7
then the LORD God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature.

38:39 Lol so true but it is the best way to be. Remain unknown and enjoy the little things in life, which always begins to the first and last thing you do, which is breathing. The irony!

Comparing Wim Hof hyperventilation to Nasal Breathing is silly. Nasal breathing is simply the way you should breath generally, and WH is analogous to bungee jumping, or some other equally frivolous behavior.

Does Hof's Tummo breathing useful at all?

@@krissifadwa tummo breathing is the foundation of yoga training. It's actually from our original human culture - the San Bushmen

It seems Patrick that you are promoting breathing more effectively on the OA banner rather than the Buteyko banner. Linking it to fitness attracts more people to benefit their health as well as performance. Most people want a pill from the doctor for their illness as they are basically lazy.

Inward thinkers, usually have something of value, something real to share. Mucho individules are all show, but very little of value.
