Your view point is always very valid Greg, as a long time rider, owner of many bikes you've got a wealth of experience to draw on 👍🏻 Can't what for the SDR vs m1000r comparison 🙂
Having a 46 year biking life my first bike a little FS1E Yamaha and several Superbikes in between. I’m now an M competition I can say this rocks my world it’s tame when you want it and a nutter when you feel like it, but however way you ride it it’s like it looks after you, hard to explain. Had nothing but BMW for 4 years now, started on an S1000R gen 1 loved it to bits, went to a gen 2 then the all new gen 3 on witch this competition is based, but this bike blows them all away ☺️
A cracking ride-along-a-Greg. No shame in not inventing issues if there are none. You've ridden enough bikes to know what you're talking about. Fine viewing pleasure, thanks!
Gregorio you’re a legend! Amazing work and together with Chopsie you guys make the perfect team. By far my favourite bike UA-camrs right now along with 44teeth!
You're a great attribute to this channel, lcr has a really good fomat. We viewers are privileged to sit back and enjoy the content the channel produces.❤
Great channel, just roll with for the next 12 months and see what happens. Definitely one of the best channels out there as your reviews relate to normal riders not a racer’s perspective.
Top content as always from the Chops camp.....Great review again Greg. I must admit that is one of my favourite looking machines on the current market as i love a screaming inline four cylinder engine configuration. Bloody awesome 👌 😊
…go on, Greg. You know you’re going to get one so why deny yourself. If you’re in a position to, why not enjoy it. All local roads to me, portsdown hill etc. hopefully see you out there. Nice work. 👍
Great work as ever Gregorio and what a bike! ....well jel of your local roads, they look amazing (and I view them often from the air by the way - two days ago was the last time I flew over there)....
Brilliantly entertaining content as usual. You’re both helping me get through the 2 weeks of rain lashing Sydney right now. Proper Job Greg, keep it up me andsome 😎
Amazing review and amazing bike, how they get all that power and technology under 200kg is mind boggling, look forward to a comparison with the superduke.
Love seeing these pop up to get my fix, especially on warm sunny days when i have to go to work!! Well done Greg, and never trust Chops with the editing lol Keep em coming Chopsy, love that you are reasonably local to me so i can see some of these roads you find, and same age too! Love the channel ❤
Another great watch, I'm just here cause I like bikes and watch for entertainment. It's a good start to my day. Thanks lamb chop and Greg. Have a great weekend, suns out. ☀️
I think you're doing really well 🙂 Great quality video, apart from the singing 😅 Keeping the minor mistakes in, keeps it real, much better than a 'perfect' review Top job Greg 👏
Brilliant review, really enjoyed. I just find the noise of the BMW 4s so uninspiring, the Aprilia might be heavier and less capable, but I'd have it for the noise over this every time.
Great review again. Super sub is knocking it out the park. I own the s1000r sport and ride in dynamic pro and suspension in road mode. Keep the videos coming.
How did you find the vibration through the bars? Sure you didn't mention it. I find my s1000r is quite bad. Thank god for cruise control. Can't wait for part 2 head to head.
Great job Greg. The bike sat there is north of £25k. If I'm spending that much I want Ohlins and Brembo. Cable clutch is another cheap component. You have to wonder about it's value in a few years. Either way, I'm sure people will still buy them. Looking forward to the M xr review, if you can get one of them in. :)
Great fun but no screen/wind protection I reckon would get you down after a while especially with all that performance on tap. Just as well get an S1000RR in my opinion. Great review though.👍
Lovely looking bike, not always a fan of bmw colour schemes, but that looked tasty. I would be afraid to leave this parked up though and like the new gs , some will find insurance hard to get
same here, 6'3", 20 stone. Yesterday, after 6 months wintercommute on the K1300GT, I put this bike in its summersleep, this morning i woke up the trusted S1000XR, what a machine.
Yup get an M1000XR it is just so good, comfort whilst being the fastest A2B bike (probably). I am old and my M1000XR is almost (not quite) as comfortable as a GS!
Great review gregorio I have this bike , you said you were looking for some negatives The bar vibes and the absolute waste of time bar end mirrors at anything over 50 mph
Great job Greg 👍🏼 I do love the look of this bike and have always liked the s1000r especially with the amount of trinkets and tech it comes with sadly however I just feel like the engine lacks character from my own experience, I mean yeah it’s smooth fast, powerful but it just doesn’t give me the feeling like I’m riding something special 🤷🏻♂️ that’s why I ended up going with the Tuono V4 factory, it may be long in the tooth like you say but it’s all about how it makes you feel and on that I feel like a god 🤭. Keep up the great work guys 👍🏼
Enjoyed the video Greg I own a M1000r competition I love the bike looks and the power although I agree you can’t use it all on the road but it’s nice to know it’s there. I find the ride far too firm in all the preset modes and not sure I understand suspension settings enough to start messing around in race modes 1,2,3 so would welcome a video on how to set up the suspension in race modes.
Hi Crozzy, not sure we’ll do a video on how to adjust the Race Pro modes but it’s very easy indeed and there are videos online from others already showing you how to do it. Check them out as I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised how easy it is and you can soften things off. Cheers
Thanks for the reply, it isn’t I don’t know how to navigate the menus but I don’t feel I know enough about suspension to know which way to go with the adjustments I will try and find the videos you mentioned but I have looked in the past 👍
You're like the cat that got the cream on this bike Gregorio! Awesome bike and awesome review. BMW need to up their graphics game in my opinion. Something a bit more sophisticated on the colours would be nice but maybe I'm just being fussy!
Good reviews definitely have a fair bit of experience with having quite a few bikes in your time that's both of you and not just Greg ,,so onwards and upwards,, just back from the North West 200 on my K6GSXR,,☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️ from northern Ireland
Great video, love the MR1000, it’s a shame when someone like yourself is doing a review that you feel you can’t like something like the M1000R without feeling you can’t because of feeling your plugging something to much, but sometimes even people like yourself come across a bike that’s as good as it gets and there’s nothing wrong in that.. well done 👏
I did a test ride on one last year and i was blown away. Absolutely blown away. The power delivery and the smoothness of the engine etc was fantastic. So easy to ride and comfatbale on ya botty. But the price is a joke. BMW was trying to sell me one aftwr the demo ride. 😂😂 Part X the MT10 for one......no thank you.
Great vid & fantastic bike. Too much of everything for me personally, primarily cost, but totally see the appeal. However, that chassis with usable middleweight road performance would be my preference.
I had an early one and it felt like riding my old R1 with motocross handlebars. I tired of it within a year as I could not switch off wheelie control although I gather they have made it less intrusive on the newer ones
Gregor and Chops mixing it up… love it. Content is going to the next level. Keep it up/coming 👏
Thanks James 👍
This channel is going from strength to strength. Well done Gregorio on producing some great content. You’re a natural.

You did a great job reviewing this motorcycle. The videography is just spectacular. Thank you for posting Ride safe. What an amazing machine.🙂
No apology necessary Gregorio, both you and Chopsie deliver great content when solo. 👍 And when you do the double act it gets even better. 😀
Loving the Gregorio additions… great stuff Choppsy, keep it coming. 👍
Always look forward to your contribution. We have come to expect it!Cheers.
Enjoying your reviews Greg. Good team you and Chopsie .
And bring on the next vid, the ktm must win for engine alone coming from an rr to a Superduke.
You're a great attribute to this channel, lcr has a really good fomat. We viewers are privileged to sit back and enjoy the content the channel produces.❤
Gregorio for prime minister then! You get my vote mate. 🎉🎉
National motorcycling day, sounds like an epic calendar date to save lol
Another good informative waffling Greg👍
Can't wait for the comparison video, keep up the good work chaps👍👍
This is the best bike I’ve ever owned bar none, and I’ve owned a few great ones!
Great channel, just roll with for the next 12 months and see what happens. Definitely one of the best channels out there as your reviews relate to normal riders not a racer’s perspective.
Gregorio doing reviews. Just genius 😁
Nice review Gregorio! You’re doing a great job!

Thanks a lot Andy! Yeah great bike and roads tbh so very lucky. Flying over the area sounds great - I’m jealous 😊
Brilliantly entertaining content as usual. You’re both helping me get through the 2 weeks of rain lashing Sydney right now.

Expensive, sure - but what a bloody gorgeous looking bike. Thanks Gregorio
Close roads for motorcycles! Gregorio for Prime Minister I say.
Nice one Greg, great review.
I also vote for Greg for PM, bring on bike only day!! 🙂
I absolutely love that flat bar setup as well.....just perfect, clean, very well done BMW
I am a fan of blue calipers as well, or even red would work
Top review gregg. Always a pleasure to watch the both of you. Made my Saturday morning. Top work. Dream world bike
Well done Greg Nothing Wrong with this Review 😁
A good one, indeed. Look forward to the comparision. Cheers!
Amazing review and amazing bike, how they get all that power and technology under 200kg is mind boggling, look forward to a comparison with the superduke.
Loving the content Greg and Chopsy keep up the great work.
Brilliant review Greg. What a bike.Out of my price range ,but nice to see what it’s capable of 👍
A fine addition to the LCR channel - well done👍
Well done great review, love that m1000r best bike out there!! Blue M callipers look great and stand out, just another sign your on a quality bike 👏
All new dash clocks are sponsored by Duck Tape 🤣
Gregorio's reviews are very watchable 👍
Brilliant as always boys, what a gorgeous bike 👍👍👍👍
Love seeing these pop up to get my fix, especially on warm sunny days when i have to go to work!!

Keep em coming Chopsy, love that you are reasonably local to me so i can see some of these roads you find, and same age too!
Love the channel ❤
Brilliant video. I have just got myself an M1000XR and wow! Recon you and Chops need to try one of these… so comfortable.
We are collecting one tomorrow!! 🤗
Sure, if you don’t want to move around in the saddle, which you can more on the single R. I had one and worked in a BMW shop, Twice. Just sayin
@@jeffshinbaum8483 I am too old to move in the saddle. 😂😂
@@LambChopRides how mega.
Don’t worry about getting it dirty, riding through water, leave it for Mr Chops to clean , lovely looking bike it’s an impressive machine,
Great job Greg 🙌🏻
Nice one Gregor! I can tell you’re smitten. Great review.
Another great watch, I'm just here cause I like bikes and watch for entertainment. It's a good start to my day.
Thanks lamb chop and Greg.
Have a great weekend, suns out. ☀️
Thanks Vern 👍
Top ride Gregorio. Putting LC in the shade
Thanks a lot Beverley. Not sure about that but appreciate your kind words anyway 😂
Great Job Gregorio!!!

I think you're doing really well 🙂

Keeping the minor mistakes in, keeps it real, much better than a 'perfect' review
Top job Greg 👏
WE LOVE GREG
Don't put yourself down, I think you should be a permanent fixture👍👍 keep up the good work
That's the plan! 👍
Brilliant review, really enjoyed. I just find the noise of the BMW 4s so uninspiring, the Aprilia might be heavier and less capable, but I'd have it for the noise over this every time.
I like this guy!! Keep going!
Great video and review Greg.
You got my vote.

Collecting the M1000XR Sunday, yes very excited about that one! 🤗
Great video Gregorio, amazing bike but not sure it needs all that power. Just my thoughts.
Great review Gregorio. Why not sing if you’re having fun 👍
Love the review good show chaps.
Gregorio strikes again. Good video mate. Don't worry about the false neutrals and singing....we all do it! 🫤😁
Excellent review one of my favourites mr Gregorio❤
Wow, thank you! 🙏
Wait, are you a bot?
@@valebliz nope 100% meeeee
It's an amazing looking bike and amazing performance
Great fun but no screen/wind protection I reckon would get you down after a while especially with all that performance on tap.
Just as well get an S1000RR in my opinion.
Great review though.👍
Lovely looking bike, not always a fan of bmw colour schemes, but that looked tasty. I would be afraid to leave this parked up though and like the new gs , some will find insurance hard to get
I would love to see you compare this to the version 2 of the V4s streetfighter
Smashing looking machine, and a great interesting review, thanks Greg.👍👍👍👍👍
Haha “I link this style of dash as it hides my speed “ 👍🏻
You got my vote Gregorio
#GregorioForPM 😂😂😂
Great review thanks Greg, stunning bike. Being 6’3 I’m aiming for the M1000XR, also an incredible looking machine. Will you be reviewing one?
Collecting one Sunday, I'm going to be reviewing that one. Or perhaps we both will! 👍

Very nice, I think I’ll be having one of these or the XR version next. I have the S1000RR at the moment and love that.
great review greg :)
Good review Greg

My main criticism is the speed indicator block is not carbon fiber 😂
So this is the reason Greg is selling his Gixxer!!!
Could be…… 😉
Great review, dude. Making it hard for me to not buy one of these…….
WHAT? National motorcycle day. Anyone driving an SUV or a motorhome gets wasted.

Am I the only one that while sitting in my armchair watching the video unconsciously nods at the oncoming biker?! 😬. As for the singing..........😱
So is it the bmw then, l have a 1200s monster which is amazing but lve had it for nearly 6 years but have itchy feet would you recommend the s1000rm
Great review👍
Would you choose this over the S1000RR?
