    This was a lovely relaxing way to sit with pain or difficult emotions. I found them moving rather than being monolithic. I'll definitely try this again!

    Thankyou so much this was really helpful ❤!! Just came accross your utube channel 🙌 do you have any other somatic meditations like this? -recivering rom tms so experience alot of really uncomfortable sensations and emotions linked to feeling so unwell , this actually took things down a notch ❤️🙏
