Being honest I do not have any Devo transmitters. What you can do is to ask online stores selling Devo 7E or get to the nearest RC shop. My SBUS receiver is as well radiolink receiver and it is compatible only with radiolink radios AT10 and AT9.
I have SBUS. If you have the same fight controller then DSM2 should be soldered to the top left soldering points. It is in the video (DSM or DSM2 is soldered to the same soldering points).
You should pay attention to the receiver type, Devo7 is 2.4Ghz radio as the most of other radios. My radiolink is 2.4Ghz radio but it can be linked with the different types or receivers: PPM, SBUS, PWM.
i cant get mine running on 2s as soon i plug the battery motors start spinning full speed i did solder the pin for 2s when i plug the 1s battery works fine
I was having this issue with 1S batteries. I tried something and it seems to have worked: If you motors start full power when plugging in your battery you have to set motor_pwm_rate to 16000. Go to your CLI and type: type: set motor_pwm_rate = 16000 hit enter type: save hit enter The issue I have now is my quad doesn't have enough power to take off. (even though I know it has)

you have to hook the fpv camera up to the lipo. The UARTS wont give you a constant 5v.
if the camera has 4 wires. 5v. gnd. video in video out. alloy in uart rx and tx?

You will have to check the protocol of the receiver... If its "AFHDS A2" it will work with your turnigy evolution tx!
