Rules of breaking up to break through -
1. Be afraid of losing yourself - as in do not lose yourself.
2. You can lie to yourself but your body won’t lie to you.
Can you white knuckle your way to success? You might try but that’s just lying to yourself.
3. Drop what you think is going to make you happy and be what you are - kind, confident, hard working.
4. What does my heart want to give? It doesn’t want to be alone.
5. What is a talent that you can break up with?
Self-doubt and procrastination.
6. What can that be replaced by? What can bring you a step closer?
Working hard, even if it’s at my 85%, everyday. ❤️

I totally understand what u feel. My bf told me 11 days ago he didn’t love me anymore and wasn’t happy after a year and a half. It’s so painful and your body takes a toll but I promise each day it gets a little bit better. Your gonna be ok ❤️

Im not sure but its quite possible that I have been broken up with but I dunno he was supposed to come by and we where to do something but then he came by though we d I didn't see eachother and he is dealing with alot though last night I stated that treat me as the woman I am and do all the cool things you'd like to do with me in the positive... I guess it I s what it is. Ge is battling himself. I stated the same comfortable Kaos becomes second nature... I know how to deal with this situation that I grew accustomed to.. though some things that are good and foreign we becomes scary
I am healing chronic illness as well. I got sick when I was at least 19 or younger and I'm now 55. It's a blessing "in some ways" that people don't get sick until they're older. I know going to doctor after doctor after doctor..

Darryll Stinson I just went to the bottom of this video’s comment section and sort of regret it. There are some hateful people out there but you… I appreciate you. Saw your talk about rejection and reframing it. Oh my gosh anyway. I try and remember that the most hateful among us are afraid. And I try to give them love and kindness. But sometimes I cannot rise above and I just cannot tolerate intolerance and that hatefulness. Maybe because I’ve had too much of it in my life. I don’t know 🤷♀️ what I do know is that my strength is often made of the weakness I refuse to show the world. I think it’s that way a lot of the time for a lot of people. I wonder if it’s that way with the hatful and intolerant.

I am going through break up, I started working out, reading, jogging and going in-wards. Every day I read out loud this text from Dune, like a praying.
"I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain."
Basically I am working o releasing what I cannot control, use key motos, go and jogg in places where there is nature and quiet, read something that you really like. I am feeling better by the day, every time I have bad thoughts I put myself into question, hate(fear) is fuel for the pain and if you let it take hold it festers like a disease. Cut off social media, resist the temptation of cheking the other person, she will call you and you must not put yourself(emotionally) into the memento, practice stoicism and love yourself.

It's so tough :( I didn't just loose my girlfriend. I lost my best friend for the last 20 years. I lost the mother of my daughter. I lost my family. I lost our dreams. And I get to know that I was the one who did it. I'm the one who took the decision. I still loved her then, but we just couldn't find the same path. We kept going in opposite directions and there was friction every day. I missed her almost every day after moving out. Now she's moved on. I still miss her. So what did I do?! Why didn't I fight harder for us. Why did I let it slip. I hate me for destroying our fantastic family :(.
