The question I had that was never mentioned that I know of, was, why didn't Nicole's dog attack the killer? A 75 pound Akita doesn't attack the killer? The only logical answer is that the dog knew the killer. Was this ever mentioned?
That theory is only relevant if you assume O.J. was the killer. He definitely was, but this isn’t why he know. Maybe the “real killer” is out there with dog bite scars all over.
OJ would have been around the Akita which named after Kato who the children adored. OJ was very angry after the recital and the scene after the recital. She was done with him and finally strong enough to move on. OJ controlled her to her death. She was waiting tables when he met her and she thought she was going ride off into the sunset. Nicole had no blood on her feet which made the investigators believe she was knocked out first and why her feet were clean, no blood to step in when she was standing outside. I tend to agree with them she ran into him and then Goldman came up and he knocked her out first (blunt trauma to her head)and killed Goldman and came back and cut her throat.

There is no proof OJ slashed her tires before. You would've heard about it by now if it were true. The original OJ was there to slash her tires theory came from Robert Shapiro.
I followed the trial and read most of the books about the case from both sides. I never heard that part either. I knew he stalked her and peered into her windows but I have never heard anyone say that he slashed her tires or that she may have known about that. I don't know if I believe that. I also never heard that Ron Goldman studied martial arts. Harvey is just trying to get ratings.

Even OJ told people some weird things were happening w like strange phone messages on his answering machine, and coming home and his front door was open. Nicole was fearful of something that night, she had a knife out on her kitchen counter. The police found it, and it’s not talked about much.
The reason they think Ron was killed second was because Nicole's blood around her was only hers, but Goldman had her blood and hair fibers mixed in his area meaning the killer, (OJ of course) transferred it. Also she came outside to the gate barefoot leaving the door ajar, meaning she felt safe and certain, which doesnt align with her hearing a fight or commotion outside. The theory about the original intent of OJ going over there has some merit because this was OJs MO and likely Ron showing up set him off causing the situation to escalate out of control.

However, her throat was cut from the front, so for me, it's not her own blood on her back. There was a stab wound on top of her skull as well, but I think she was attacked first, went down, then Ron is killed, Ron's blood splattered on Nicole's back while she is down, then Nicole's throat slit.

I watched the documentary about this and I agree with Harvey. He didn't go over with the intent to kill her and they could have gotten him on second degree murder rather than first degree murder. Ron showing up is what enraged OJ because there's no time to plan and execute a murder. He was already upset with her and saw her walk out in the dress with no shoes on etc and the book explains most of it that OJ wrote. I hope that Al Cowlings tells all someday. Maybe even after his own death, because he's also 76 years old now. OJ kids finding the body would have been the worst thing. Thank God for loving dogs. The dog led neighbors to their bodies. In the book, OJ mentions that Kato the dog acted like he knew Ron when he walked in and that pissed him off also. Even Shapiro told Kardashian that he thought OJ went over to cut her tires and then things went wrong. He knew OJ was guilty also. He's still alive so try to talk to him.

No. It was heat of passion killings. Harvey is 30 years late to the party. Heat of passion is voluntary manslaughter. OJ was only facing 11 years per victim, so 22 years total. But the DA was never trying to convict OJ and Marcia Clark got the jury she wanted, one that would not convict OJ.
Harvey 's perspective on it does make sense.? First of all, Simpson was angry with Nicole over her calling the cops on him? So he knew nothing about why Goldman was there. I'll throw in my opinion I've had the last 30 years on how it went down. OJ went to Nicole's briefly before his flight.....why? That I can't answer. It was late, the kids were asleep and she got annoyed with him popping up so late.....she moved the discussion outside not to wake the kids....in the middle of this Ronald Goldman shows up to bring her those glasses.....OJ sees this well built, tanned, I guess handsome young guy show up and he automatically assumes the worse.....and goes absolutely nuts with jealousy, attacks Nicole, she goes down and Goldman jumps in. And once the struggle is over OJ goes to Nicole on the ground and finishes her......almost completely sawing off her head. That's what I believe happened, it was NOT premeditated....EVERY prosecutor in EVERY murder case tries to go with it being "premeditated" in order to win their case. The one thing that never made sense was how there was so little blood on and in the Bronco. This that was a brutal murder scene with a knife, one would think there should had been more dirt and blood in the Bronco. Since the killer and Ron fought in the front yard, the shoes should had brought more blood and dirt inside his Bronco and house. I also think the prosecutor should had focused on where the Bronco was parked. Since OJ lived behind a gated fence, I doubt he left any of his vehicles outside of the gate. The prosecution should had neighbors testify if it was common for OJ to park his Bronco on the street. I also don’t remember where Kate said where OJ parked the Bronco after the McDonald’s run, if he stated it was inside the the fence, that would prove OJ left the house again before the limo picked him up to go to the airport. I like the idea that he went over there to cut her tires and seeing a man stop by drove him crazy, but my main issue was the limited amount of blood on and in the Bronco.
OJ confessed to doing the murders in his book called If I Did It. He stated that he went over there with a guy named Charlie to confront Nicole about her drug usage and huge debt she owed to a dealer who had connection to the Mafia in Miami. Their initial intentions weren’t to murder her but to scare and intimidate her instead. However things went completely bad when Ron unexpectedly showed up there at the condo to return the glasses left earlier at the restaurant by Nicole’s mother. Then OJ flew off into a jealous rage filled murdering spree with Charlie killing both of them. OJ explains all this in his book. He didn’t go over there by himself to slash her tires. Her car was parked in the garage found in the back alley of her condo. The murders happened in the front side of her condo near the front entrance where she came outside to confront OJ before Ron showed up.

You know I remember the day the exact day when OJ was in the back of that SUV going down the interstate his friend driving that SUV I knew then that he was guilty. Go back and watch the verdict. Look at Rob Kardashian’s face, his expression. He does NOT look happy at all. His involvement in this whole thing is suspect, and the story of Bill Wasz was never fully explored. Is is a fact that the LAPD and DA were seriously considering bringing Grand Jury charges against Kardashian, but it never transpired.
It's amazing when you add it all up you still have people that think he didn't have something to do with it. The one thing that never gets talked about is the kitchen knife that was out laying on Nicole’s countertop. She was anticipating some type of problem, and I feel strongly it had to do with her phone conversation with Faye Resnick that night.

Nicole's next door neigbour Louis Karpf got home at 10:40pm-ish. He went to the street to get his mail. He said he saw a large unknown dog barking loudly in the street and the dog was coming toward him so he raced back behind his gate. The time of this event lines up with what Heidstra said he heard at 10:40pm-ish. Therefore, since all the gates and condo door were open at Nicole's, no gate or door was slammed at Nicole's. So it's apparent that Karpf yelled Hey Hey Hey at the dog and slammed his gate until the dog wandered off. Now when you look at the spot that Heidstra says he was at when he heard the Hey Hey Hey and the gate slam, it's questionable if he even heard any of this at all. A killer, who just killed two people, and who would be trying to quietly get away, would not be slamming a gate so hard that it's heard in a laneway over a block away on the other side of a sidewalk, paved space between sidewalk and road, two lane roadway, another paved space, then the front yard grass area, then a row of houses, then behind garages at the back of the houses. I feel OJ was innocent. It seems people never want to consider the timeline. Ron Goldmans workmate said that he left Mezaluna at 9:50 WITH HIS WORK CLOTHES ON. Goldman borrowed his friend car and drove home. Lets say that took roughly 5-7 minutes. Its now 9:55 at the earliest. Keep in mind that the prosecution is saying that the murders happened at around 10:15. Goldman was going out that night. Im sure he probably showered, and he definitely changed his clothes. He also ate while he was at his house. He was a model. And it's my understanding that he was going out to one of the most happening spots in LA in Marina Del Rey at the time. Im sure he probably dressed to impress. How long would that take? Maybe 15 minutes at the least? Then he needs another 5 minutes to walk to nicoles house. How can he do all that stuff in a matter of 15-20 minutes? If you push the tineline back, then it becomes all but impossible for Simpson to commit these crime and be back in time to get all the blood off him and be in a limo at 11pm. Too many things just dont add up. Can someone who feels Simpson was guilty, please make this make sense?
I like Harvey but he is wrong here. When OJ got mad, he did far more than slash tires. He broke down doors, he took baseball bats to Mercedes, he beat her to a pulp in 1989. He raged like lunatic in 1993 over something that happened 18 months prior. Nicole embarrassed him this night by not sitting with him at the recital and not inviting him to dinner with the rest of the family. He instead had to eat mcdonalds with Kato. You dont need a cap and gloves if all you are going to do is slash even 4 tires, it would take all of 2 minutes to do that and just park in the dark alley on a summer sunday nite. When OJ was mad, slashing tires was not what he did. As to the timeline, 2 things slowed him down - Kato wanting to join him on the trip to mcdonalds (OJ was actually going to Nicoles house here but Kato slowed that down) and then of course Ron showing up unexpectedly is what made the timeline alot tighter for OJ. The closest Harvey gets is OJ had a history of damaging cars, but that was one of his first acts of violence in 1985. He was way past that by this point.

When the cops botch the rules of evidence that badly, you have to acquit. That's the system. Innocent or guilty, you cannot have cops who don't play by the rules. I was a cop in a rural area for years, and if I'd have let evidence be handled as this was, my county judge would have bitch slapped me into next week. He had to be acquitted. But, I do agree with the civil verdict. He was guilty...no doubt about it. But thank the first responders who contaminated everything prior to the arrival of the detectives.

Harvey covered the OJ case in 1994 and he posted video back then showing Marcia Clark at OJ's house on June 13, 1994 before the warrant is signed. The video is timestamped. The warrant is timestamped of when it was signed. Harvey said Marcia wasn't allowed to be on OJ's property before the warrant was signed. The timestamps prove Marcia was indeed on the property before the warrant was signed. A few days later, Harvey said he made a mistake, but he doesn't explain what the mistake was. You should get Harvey to explain why he changed his story and said he made a mistake when the video did in fact show Marcia on OJ's property before the warrant was signed.

This is not as simplistic as it might appear. Did OJ plan to kill Nicole inside her home with the children present. Did he bait her into the courtyard? Certainly, he'd have to know none of the neighbors would be coming or going. Supposely, if he cut his hand during the struggle, no one mentioned blood on is hands on the way to the airport or on the plane; No flight attendant or others. One man across from OJ said he saw OJ reading a script yet mentioned no blood. With all the blood from 2 people, it would appear there'd be blood everywhere. Did the gloves have both victims blood on them? I spoke with OJ momentarily days before. We were not friends, just having a moment of casual conversation. I'd heard him making plans with a beautiful actress regarding dinner the following day. Seemingly, never a nicer guy, but that does not exonerate him or imply his innocence..... just my opinion. In fact, he commented that he wondered if everything he was doing was worth it. I didn't ask for an explanation but assumed there was some discontent. it's my feeling OJ was protecting the culprit.
I saw an interview with a man who was on the plane with OJ. The flight attendant commented to ON that he must be having a bad day since he was visibly shaken. The man saw a bloody wound on OJ's finger and spoke with him. OJ mentioned that someone he knew had died and he was upset.

Jason Simpson killed Nicole Simpson at 959pm. He left to OJs house followimg and came back to crime scene with his dad at 1030pm. Jason sits in the car and OJ goes inside and Ron shortly walks in and a confrontation begins, Ron and OJ fight which causes fibres of OJs suit to go on Ron and Ron knicks OJ with a key on his finger causingit to bleed. Jason follows Ron in from the car and a fight ensues. This explains many of the forensic evidence. Read the suicide note. OJ vehmently denies killing Nicole but apologizes for Rons murder. He was not there for Nicoles Murder but was for Rons. It also explains how blood was all over Rons feet. They were killed 30 minutes apart. They head back to the house together and Jason waits in the car and OJ jumps in the limo and leaves.
Interesting take. I do think the killings were not at the same time. Unless there was more than one killer- I just can’t see one man able to kill both of them like in an ambush where the both of them are meeting/talking with each other outside unless there are two perpetrators. In the suicide note, OJ doesn’t really ‘apologize’ for Ron’s murder. Legally, one is not supposed to apologize for something they didn’t do- it’s weirdly considered a confession of guilt, but socially apologizing for someone’s loss doesn’t mean they are guilty, it’s just an expression of compassion. Think of all the people who apologize at a funeral line? It’s a bit of a stretch to say it was an admission of guilt.

I followed the trial and read most of the books about the case from both sides. I never heard that part either. I knew he stalked her and peered into her windows but I have never heard anyone say that he slashed her tires or that she may have known about that. I don't know if I believe that. I also never heard that Ron Goldman studied martial arts. Harvey is just trying to get ratings.

Even OJ told people some weird things were happening w like strange phone messages on his answering machine, and coming home and his front door was open. Nicole was fearful of something that night, she had a knife out on her kitchen counter. The police found it, and it’s not talked about much.
The reason they think Ron was killed second was because Nicole's blood around her was only hers, but Goldman had her blood and hair fibers mixed in his area meaning the killer, (OJ of course) transferred it. Also she came outside to the gate barefoot leaving the door ajar, meaning she felt safe and certain, which doesnt align with her hearing a fight or commotion outside. The theory about the original intent of OJ going over there has some merit because this was OJs MO and likely Ron showing up set him off causing the situation to escalate out of control.

However, her throat was cut from the front, so for me, it's not her own blood on her back. I watched the documentary about this and I agree with Harvey. He didn't go over with the intent to kill her and they could have gotten him on second degree murder rather than first degree murder. Ron showing up is what enraged OJ because there's no time to plan and execute a murder. He was already upset with her and saw her walk out in the dress with no shoes on etc and the book explains most of it that OJ wrote. I hope that Al Cowlings tells all someday. And once the struggle is over OJ goes to Nicole on the ground and finishes her......almost completely sawing off her head. The one thing that never made sense was how there was so little blood on and in the Bronco. This that was a brutal murder scene with a knife, one would think there should had been more dirt and blood in the Bronco. Since the killer and Ron fought in the front yard, the shoes should had brought more blood and dirt inside his Bronco and house. I also think the prosecutor should had focused on where the Bronco was parked. Since OJ lived behind a gated fence, I doubt he left any of his vehicles outside of the gate. The prosecution should had neighbors testify if it was common for OJ to park his Bronco on the street. I also don’t remember where Kate said where OJ parked the Bronco after the McDonald’s run, if he stated it was inside the the fence, that would prove OJ left the house again before the limo picked him up to go to the airport. I like the idea that he went over there to cut her tires and seeing a man stop by drove him crazy, but my main issue was the limited amount of blood on and in the Bronco.

However things went completely bad when Ron unexpectedly showed up there at the condo to return the glasses left earlier at the restaurant by Nicole’s mother. Then OJ flew off into a jealous rage filled murdering spree with Charlie killing both of them. OJ explains all this in his book. He didn’t go over there by himself to slash her tires. Her car was parked in the garage found in the back alley of her condo. The murders happened in the front side of her condo near the front entrance where she came outside to confront OJ before Ron showed up.

I feel OJ was innocent. It seems people never want to consider the timeline. Ron Goldmans workmate said that he left Mezaluna at 9:50 WITH HIS WORK CLOTHES ON. Goldman borrowed his friend car and drove home. Lets say that took roughly 5-7 minutes. Its now 9:55 at the earliest. Keep in mind that the prosecution is saying that the murders happened at around 10:15. Goldman was going out that night. Im sure he probably showered, and he definitely changed his clothes. He also ate while he was at his house. He was a model. And it's my understanding that he was going out to one of the most happening spots in LA in Marina Del Rey at the time. Im sure he probably dressed to impress. How long would that take? Maybe 15 minutes at the least? Then he needs another 5 minutes to walk to nicoles house. How can he do all that stuff in a matter of 15-20 minutes? If you push the tineline back, then it becomes all but impossible for Simpson to commit these crime and be back in time to get all the blood off him and be in a limo at 11pm. Too many things just dont add up.

I like Harvey but he is wrong here. When OJ got mad, he did far more than slash tires. He broke down doors, he took baseball bats to Mercedes, he beat her to a pulp in 1989. He raged like lunatic in 1993 over something that happened 18 months prior. Nicole embarrassed him this night by not sitting with him at the recital and not inviting him to dinner with the rest of the family. He instead had to eat mcdonalds with Kato. You dont need a cap and gloves if all you are going to do is slash even 4 tires, it would take all of 2 minutes to do that and just park in the dark alley on a summer sunday nite. When OJ was mad, slashing tires was not what he did. As to the timeline, 2 things slowed him down - Kato wanting to join him on the trip to mcdonalds (OJ was actually going to Nicoles house here but Kato slowed that down) and then of course Ron showing up unexpectedly is what made the timeline alot tighter for OJ. The closest Harvey gets is OJ had a history of damaging cars, but that was one of his first acts of violence in 1985. He was way past that by this point.

When the cops botch the rules of evidence that badly, you have to acquit. That's the system. Innocent or guilty, you cannot have cops who don't play by the rules. I was a cop in a rural area for years, and if I'd have let evidence be handled as this was, my county judge would have bitch slapped me into next week. He had to be acquitted. But, I do agree with the civil verdict. He was guilty...no doubt about it. But thank the first responders who contaminated everything prior to the arrival of the detectives.

This is not as simplistic as it might appear. Did OJ plan to kill Nicole inside her home with the children present. Did he bait her into the courtyard? Certainly, he'd have to know none of the neighbors would be coming or going. Supposely, if he cut his hand during the struggle, no one mentioned blood on is hands on the way to the airport or on the plane; No flight attendant or others. One man across from OJ said he saw OJ reading a script yet mentioned no blood. With all the blood from 2 people, it would appear there'd be blood everywhere. Did the gloves have both victims blood on them? I spoke with OJ momentarily days before. We were not friends, just having a moment of casual conversation. I'd heard him making plans with a beautiful actress regarding dinner the following day. Seemingly, never a nicer guy, but that does not exonerate him or imply his innocence..... just my opinion. In fact, he commented that he wondered if everything he was doing was worth it. I didn't ask for an explanation but assumed there was some discontent. it's my feeling OJ was protecting the culprit.

Ronald became a police snitch. Ronald's roommate,( Brett Cantor) was stabbed to death. S few months later another roommate of of Ronald's was stabbed to death. Nicole's roomate, (Faye was Nicole's roommate, she was a drug dealer, prostitute, and a drug addict. Nicole was not hiding from OJ.We found out during the trial that OJ. Jason Simpson killed Nicole Simpson at 959pm. He left to OJs house followimg and came back to crime scene with his dad at 1030pm. Jason sits in the car and OJ goes inside and Ron shortly walks in and a confrontation begins, Ron and OJ fight which causes fibres of OJs suit to go on Ron and Ron knicks OJ with a key on his finger causingit to bleed. Jason follows Ron in from the car and a fight ensues. This explains many of the forensic evidence. Read the suicide note. OJ vehmently denies killing Nicole but apologizes for Rons murder. He was not there for Nicoles Murder but was for Rons. It also explains how blood was all over Rons feet. They were killed 30 minutes apart. They head back to the house together and Jason waits in the car and OJ jumps in the limo and leaves.

I do think the killings were not at the same time. Unless there was more than one killer- I just can’t see one man able to kill both of them like in an ambush where the both of them are meeting/talking with each other outside unless there are two perpetrators.
In the suicide note, OJ doesn’t really ‘apologize’ for Ron’s murder. Legally, one is not supposed to apologize for something they didn’t do- it’s weirdly considered a confession of guilt, but socially apologizing for someone’s loss doesn’t mean they are guilty, it’s just an expression of compassion. Think of all the people who apologize at a funeral line? It’s a bit of a stretch to say it was an admission of guilt.
