from a farmer who has gone through dozens of pairs of leather gloves working on the farm, they get wet from water, sweat whatever. when they dry out they shrink a lot. you have to struggle to even get them on and they do stretch back out. Hence leather gloves soaked in blood and sweat sitting in an evidence locker will dry out and shrink considerably.

Other evidence shows OJ’s oldest son Jason killed them. He had mental health issues was a chef and carried a boot knife with him & chef knives because he worked the night of the murders. OJ is guilty if covering up for his son. Seems like OJ would have paid Robert the money he’s owed. Karma is real and that’s why OJ got locked up years later. His son is living in Atlanta according to Google.

I’d read several books about this. Shapiro was ready to concede, it was written, until Johnny Cochrane jumped in the drivers seat. The low speed getaway driver, Kardashian, would later have nothing to do with OJ. I had so totally misread this trial as a celebrity freak show. I was working inside a bank when the verdict came out and the black ladies were cheering wildly and hugging as if the US hockey team just beat the Russians, and I was stupefied… had no idea it was perceived as ‘us against them,’ or that they wouldn’t identify with the domestic abuse!

Yes, but That idiot, Judge Ito, wouldn't allow OJ's confession to Rosie Greer. When Rosie Greer told him to accept Jesus as his savior, he'd have to admit what he had done, OJ picked up the Bible, slammed it on the table in the attorney's room and screamed, "All right! I admit it! I killed the bitch!". A Deputy in the next room heard the confession. The DA said there was no expectation of privacy if you scream something. The defense, not knowing if the Judge would allow the statement, scrambled to change their defense to the "battered husband syndrome". Judge Ito, fearing he would be overturned, ruled the statement in admissible. So the defense went back to "he's innocent".

      Nice try, but it's Bullshit:
From the L.a. Times (Greer's actual statement to Prosecutor William Hodgeman:
"Hodgman had to fight just to ask the question. Overcoming objections by Simpson defense attorney Johnnie L. Cochran Jr., the prosecutor convinced Ito that the query was valid because Simpson may have effectively waived his right to confidentiality by raising his voice during the guard-monitored visit.
"Did Simpson raise his voice over normal speaking levels", Hodgman asked.
      "No, sir," Grier answered.

After the trial he felt like legal justice was made: I.e. not found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Normally you would expect moral and legal justice to go hand in hand. If he felt like making the distinction at the end of the interview, it’s probably because it’s quite the opposite in this case but he’s not in the position to discuss it

    • @ChadHuey79
      @ChadHuey79 3 роки тому +15

Legally he did not "admit" it, but morally he admitted it. But morality doesn't count for facts in a case that's already been tried. OJ totally did it. They found him not guilty because of politics and the fact that they didn't want the black community to riot again like they did with Rodney King before that.

Building on what@@R.DeMora said. How do you know for sure that he is guilty? They are hundreds of people convicted because of a lack of skilled representation. You are judging based what evidence they were but so was the 12 people in the jury. Only a handful of people truly know whether or not he is guilty. We are supposed to assume someone is innocent until proven guilty. As his former lawyer said it is a strong chance that the killer hasn't faced trial. OJ did. We just don't know, we weren't there.

Chuck Nice, the famous Cochran quote. The fact that the glove didn't fit wasn't the main reason why they won the verdict. It was the fact that they played the race card (accusing known racist Mark Fuhrman for placing evidence on the scene), which is why they got Cochran in the first place. The dream team won because they exposed the LAPD's problem which is racist cops. Robert Kardashian had doubts on OJ's innocence (he said it himself). Also, have you seen the 2006 interview? There was a few odd hints that he gave out.

It is. I wonder about some of the jurors. Remember the Black Power sign one gave OJ as he walked out. The case was as much about race as anything else. I remember African Americans celebrating as if they'd won something after the verdict was announced. Sad moment in history.

One is innocent until PROVEN guilty without reasonable doubt. And prosecutors proved jack shit. They are the ones to blame. They did defense's job for them. They had zero credible evidence. DNA evidence tainted. Their star witness was a racist who pleaded the 5th when asked if he ever planted or fabricated evidence. They asked to try the gloves which did not fit.

As devastating as the crime was, I truly believe he had help. I think his eldest son was the other guy. Many others have said the same thing to me.

The verdict had nothing to do with this case. The jury knew he was guilty as hell. They wanted to send a message to the corrupt, unjust & racist legal system that victimized minorities for eons.

Watch “OJ, Made In America,” it’s an awesome documentary and explains why the jury acquitted. It was more a conviction of the LAPD, and less about guilt or innocence.

@@andrewsegovia1226 --it was mostly BLACK WOMEN who OJ never would have dated or married in a million years--black women worship black men but black men continously throw them under the bus and marry outside their race if they can.

It is the responsibility of the PROSECUTION to PROVE the guilt of the defendant. All defendants are presumed innocent until that happens.
