what are the details on that throttle quadrant setup?

I think it's a CT 10-3 QUADRANT KIT, that you can get from Vans. I did not build the airplane, but I am pretty sure that is the one.

The face came view while flying is not useful. Would prefer camera mounted behind you guys so we can see the panel while flying.
