Beta Squad (minus Gregor) and General David are non-canon characters of my own creation and their stories are entirely fan-fiction. Not affiliated with Lucasfilm Ltd or the Disney Corporation
I always liked Gregor, ever since I saw him in that one episode. I hadn't taken to any clone that fast, save for Captain Rex. I can't begin to express how happy I was that he survived. And as far as this story goes, it's something I'd consider worth becoming canon.
Me too, I loved Gregor from the minute I saw that episode. Funny thing is, I had only started watching the Clone Wars consistently the episode before the Gregor one. As soon as I saw it, I knew he survived, and I immediately thought of making his new squad.

I just rewatched this for the first time in a long time and forgot how heart felt it was! Like omg! I love this series and I can't wait to see the future of it
You could do what they did in order 66. Gregor takes out his inhibitor chip. Then fast forward when they get order 66. They're on Utapau. Gregor realised it is wrong and the other clones (under the influence of the chip) attack him. Gregor is forced to kill them and then he meets up with Rex and Wolfe.
I have a few ideas related to that... ;)

Love love love this video! The start to it all!I grew up with beta squad, in fact I remember watching the live premiere for the finale of the Order 66 arc years ago and being amazed at the end to the series. And from start to finish, whilst certainly not the biggest series on yt, will forever be my favorite. Thank you Brian, for being such in inspiration with this series(and the rest of your wonderful content too).

I do dislike how you've made a clone a "general" though. As far as I know, that's reserved for the Jedi.
The point of that was because they took him out of service and basically gave him a fake position, so the promotion means virtually nothing. So that's why he's a "general" in my universe

Can’t believe it’s been four years since this.
I thought they shipped out in hundreds, in a large ship (don’t know what it’s called)
Very late but a normal clone squadron (maybe 30 or so not sure) in an LAAT gunship. Where as a clone commando squadron travel in 4s
BRO THIS HITS SO DIFFERENT AFTER THE FINALE OF THE CLONE WARS AND THE FINALE OF THIS SERIES AS WELL

So Watermelon Studios do you think they're will be a story told of how Gregor, and his three new commandos Beta-25 Scout, Beta-49 Flare, and Beta-73 Heater, is they're to be one told where they have their Inhibitor chips removed like in Rebels, Gregor had his removed so did Rex and Commander Wolffe, so will his three men have them removed as we wouldn't like it if his three new men where following Order-66 that is,
Colby James There might be an Order 66 film, we'll have to see... ;)
I also had a look into Legends article that Omega Squad another Clone Commando unit refused to obey Order-66 because one of them was in love with a Jedi, only two escaped to Mandalore, while the leader and one of the members stayed behind to look after his leader, and that guy whom was in love with the female Jedi had to remain behind, perhaps something close reference of what Omega did on Order-66 might be done, The names of Omega where as listed, :RC-1309 known as "Niner" (team leader)
:RC-1136 known as "Darman" (Demolitions Expert) he was in love with Jedi Knight Etain Tur-Mukan, she was killed during Order-66 on Coruscant, gradually upsetting Darman,
:RC-3222 known as "Atin" (Computer Expert/Technology Expert) went to Mandalore with Skirata,
:RC-8015 known as "Fi" (Medic/Sniper) he suffered a head injury while on Gaftikar which caused a coma he was unable to return to his squad neither he was aware of Order-66 by that time, :RC-5108/8843 known as "Ccrr" was the newest (New Medic/Sniper) Replacement Rookie on the team, however Corr has prosthetic arms after an accident during his training life, he escaped to Mandalore with Skirata along with Atin to escape Order-66, these are the members of Omega Squad, and yes Atin he is my favourite guy of the squad, but perhaps a closer similar reference for your Beta squad but a little changes that Gregor's new mates disobey Order-66, but we're then again not sure what new homeworlds they will flee to from the Empire, :(

This was awesome hopefully I can be like you one day but it would be along time for that, and is backer going to be in any other future stop-motions for yours because maybe beta squad could meet his other team or maybe backer crash lands on ordmantel or any planet beta squads on and his whole team are dead and joins there's but you can lead it in to any direction you want or not every listen to this but the series will always be awesome and loved by everyone.
