Genuinely the best brickfilm I've ever seen. This was insane. I cannot praise this enough. This is the epitome of the genre. Such a cohesive story, incredible set design, creativity, music, story telling, everything was top tier. Consider me blown away
Hard to believe that we've lived to see another spectacular film from you mate. This was incredibly good and smooth. The high level of detail and creativity you put into this is just out of this world. I hope UA-cam's algorithm promotes this masterpiece into the home page for you to gain at least some rewarding return for the countless hours invested into this. Would love to also see a behind the scenes video. Dear friends, please share this video with your Star Wars and LEGO loving friends!!
Thanks so much! I would really like to do a behind the scenes, I took quite a few pics and timelapses and stuff I could probably organize into a video breakdown.
I’ve been watching these animation for YEARS and I literally cannot fathom the amount of creativity and time required to do this. This is some otherworldly jawn goin on. I love it. Holy cow
This felt like one of those stop motions I watched when I was younger. Seeing all types of clones together was something everyone did back then. This is probably the best quality one I’ve seen
@@LeggAnimations That's wholesome. My sis doesn't care about the work I go through to publish alternate scenes on my channel. It's weeks of work 😳 Glad you got a sis that seems to care about something you do 😂
I love obi-wans unimpressed expression through all this. He’s just like “Anakin you BETTER NOT get yourself killed!” While Anakin is fending off all the droids.
This really gives off the classic Star Wars brick film vibes, on top of beautifully smooth animation, funny sight gags, a dash of dark humour, set designs, and that ending where it goes back to Revenge of the Sith! I love it!
I can't believe I didn't realise this was about the business on Cato Nemodia until I watched the end part. Incredible vid btw, the production value, comedy and story were all nothing short of unreal.
This animation is amazing! So well done with incredible attention to detail. The way you’re able to tell a story out of some Lego bricks is so cool! I felt a whole wave of emotions watching this. I think you’re one of the best animators on UA-cam. Bravo!! 🎉🎉🎉
Everything From the effects to the way you tell so much from just pure Lego. From every story beat you could tell what a character was thinking and why they acted the way they did. MY GOD! How are you this good??? keep up the work because you're doing great! Great video and I hope this comment finds you well
The animation is so smooth. The comedy is perfect with a great touch of emotion. The small details and techniques in the visuals put your true mastery of your work on full display. I watched Storm Trippin every day a few years back, and I know I’ll be coming back to this one a lot too. Bravo!
There's something very satisfying and smooth about the animation in this one, nice stuff! Also like all of the little non-LEGO details like the wires sticking out from the destroyed table and all of the cuts in the pieces when they interact with anything sharp.
YOU’RE BAAAAACKKKK!!!! I was just thinking of storm trippin again today! That video was a huge part of my life and I’ve revisited it over and over again while starting my channel. I remember you watching your videos when I was around 5 with my older siblings, laughing so hard. Most brickfilms nowadays are much shorter and very rushed, but you put in the effort that no one else does and pull off anl nearly impossible task- creating a meaningful story without words, using characters with limited expression-you never rush and take the necessary time and effort to create a perfect BrickFilm. I thought you had retired, but you just used that time to get so much better!
Wow such thoughtful feedback, that means a lot! Glad I could make y'all laugh way back then haha. Yep I'll definitely always be doing creative work of some sort, may not always be LEGO but stop motion is my focus for the time being.
Absolutely loved the connection to Revenge of the Sith at the end there. I wouldn't have recognized the planet otherwise. The effort put into this stop motion was incredible, must've taken a really long time. Great job 👍
Honestly the thumbnail doesn't do this video justice. There is only one word that describes this type of production and I mention it every time I see something of high quality: masterpiece. Everything was well done: the beginning, middle and end of the story, its tone and style, without forgetting the message at the end. It even seemed like one of the shorts that I love so much made by the same people from LEGO. Thanks for this pearl, new subscriber. ✌🏻
I have to comment. The way you created new music from the Cantina songs was fantastic, and the inclusion of the Jedi Knight force jump sound - which I haven’t heard in 20 years - made me so happy!
Thanks for commenting! All music credit goes to Matthew the great composer I worked with (matthewchilelli.com). I literally just finished Jedi Knight II last week haha
this was so smooth! the animation and emotion you were able to portray is astounding, the visuals and og sound effects where on point, and the humor was entertaining. 100/10, you knocked it out of the park with this one. that little fist bump sequence at the end was just icing on the cake
Incredibly well written little short that actually gives Anakin a little bit more development that's sort of been glossed over in every major piece of media despite having a more comedic tones. I also love the little detail of the cannon aliens being on their own planet.
Thanks, I was excited to explore more of Anakin and Obi's relationship dynamic. And masters are always encouraging their Palawans to "remember your training" but I feel like we never really see many examples of that direct training, so that was fun to do also.
This was a very high quality animation and it was super entertaining throughout the entire video. I especially liked how it is all tied into that one like from Revenge of the Sith.
Lego is so cool and it just makes star wars better and lets you build and play with your favorite scene or just make up a whole different film from your imagination and lego just gets better and better. To be honest this was one of the best lego films I’ve seen yet👍🏻
That`s brilliant. Literally all things in this little movie are perfect: script, smoothness, picture quality, effacts - all are in the highest level of skill. I`m sure, еhese years of waiting are certainly justified. A masterpiece.
This has got to be the highest quality Lego animation I have seen in a long, long time. I looove the way you tied it into the one-off line in Revenge of the Sith, that was so clever and I honestly didn't see that coming
I was so certain this video was going to be brainrot, but now watching even one quarter of it rn i can say this quality, humor and animation is SPECTACULAR!
Animations was amazing and some of the best I’ve seen, but no one talking about that vfx and lighting? The lighting of the scenes to help set the atmosphere was sublime. The vfx was perfect too!
Years ago, I ran my own Lego stop motion channel and that was difficult enough for videos just a minute or less. This guy is literally amazing! I can't imagine going through breaking those many Legos on purpose though haha Edit: Le frick? This dude filmed storm trippin? That's the reason I got into stop motion!

I liked it when I got top comment 😎
The whole thing, u did a great job my friend
Todo
my favorite part is when you returned
My favorite part was the shriveled up crispy droid that was still able to crawl
This joint is RIDICULOUSLY high quality. The little details really make it feel like a major production
No cap this is the best brick film i've laid my gaze upon
i was looking for this. its got way more character development than in the entire sequels
Honest facts

This is 100% the smoothest lego stop motion I've ever seen. You've captured the humour and feel of so many 2000-2010s lego star wars animations. 11/10

10:35 "MasterBrick" this has got to be my fav part in this video. The way Anakin looks around like he did nothing.
Haha thanks, glad you caught that detail. Also notice his cell phone provider "AT-AT" *badum tsss*
The way it is written & animated is almost beyond incredible.
(R.I.P droid parts you had to sacrifice for the animation)
yea
it made me cringe every time... just from the pain...
The burned commando droid made me go AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUGH
i like to think that he jist used pieces that were already broken for this just so i don't internally bleed from the sheer pain it causes me
It takes a brave man to break his Lego set for a video, it’s takes an even bigger man to break and burn Lego pieces for a video
This is 100% canon and no one can tell me otherwise
Head canon is the best canon
