I can vouch for the Deficit Trapbar Deads. Nothing gets EVERYTHING involved over a significant range of motion at a very significant level of resistance the way those do.

This would be a progression so usually these particular exercises all have there own progressions. For that I would say go checkout my vidoes on programming for combat sports
