      Speaking as a 49yo vet with 2 knee replacements and multiple back surgeries...the combination of incorporating the Carnivore diet and Daru morning routine with his mastery of mobility strengthening has me more athletic and fight ready then I was at 30
      Appreciate you brother 👊🇺🇲

    Wow, that was truly good for that man. Well done. Deep knowledge was amply demonstrated as well. For all those who think they can get this from watching videos... no chance! Not only do you have to acquire the knowledge, you have to accumulate the experience with different body types and needs of different clients to get anywhere close to this level! (O.k., start with some videos, but then go to the learning program and then start working with clients in order to acquire some level of command and, or, mastery!)

    Psycho Blade in the house…be careful
    Gallagher was accused of multiple offenses during his final deployment to Iraq and during the Battle for Mosul. The most prominent accusation and the best-attested to was the murder of a prisoner of war, a war crime.[9] Khaled Jamal Abdullah, a captured 17-year-old fighter of the Islamic State, was being treated by a medic. According to two SEAL witnesses, Gallagher said over the radio "he's mine" and walked up to the medic and Abdullah, and without saying a word allegedly killed Abdullah by stabbing him with his hunting knife. Gallagher and his commanding officer, Lieutenant Jake Portier, then posed for photographs of them standing over the body with some other nearby SEALs. Gallagher then text messaged a friend in California a picture of himself holding the dead captive's (ISIS) head by the hair with the explanation "Good story behind this, got him with my hunting knife.”
    Prosecutors alleged that Gallagher's sniper work during his 2017 deployment became "reckless" and "bloodthirsty". He allegedly fired his rifle far more frequently than other snipers; according to testimony, the other snipers in the platoon did not consider him a good sniper, and he took "random shots" into buildings. Other snipers said they witnessed Gallagher taking at least two militarily pointless shots, shooting and killing an unarmed old man in a white robe as well as a young girl walking with other girls. Gallagher allegedly boasted about the large number of people he had killed, claiming he averaged three kills a day over 80 days, including four women.[1] Gallagher also was reportedly known for indiscriminately spraying neighborhoods with rockets and machine gun fire with no known enemy force in the region.

      You left out that he was exonerated. Was that by accident or by convenience?

    • @MJ-fj9yv
      @MJ-fj9yv Рік тому

      @@markd1059 exonerated? Lol, like OJ Simpson or Richard Nixon, both animals like him who got away with murders.
      Want to know the polar opposite of this psychopath? An Honorable good man who stood up for the weak? Who didn’t go on a killing spree? Who gave his life fighting for his values and principles? US NAVY SEAL, Lt. Michael Murphy!!!
