Wait...Chris Barnard & Phil Daru collaborating?! Am I dreaming? Holy crap, I loved Chris when he was with Elliott Hulse & always saw him as one of the only UA-cam fitness gurus whose knowledge & brilliance can compare with that of Phil's. Putting both of these minds together is genius personified.
Great stuff...we are still learning but the use of different exs from various genres has become staple for an all-round athlete...I recall seeing Bruno vs Tyson and it was like a brick wall versus a leopard...and the wall was smashed and came crumbling down...so many things to work on, which make sit training a science...hence the need for top coaches and trainers...enjoy both of these guys very much...what they talk about makes great sense...

I like you, because in your videos see all courses from breathing to powerlifting, kettlebell and even rehab. So, you are most all rounded trainer I saw, and I know almost everybody. But, you know that you are good, 5 times best trainer is not regular level, but rather top level.
