I think I can say that I understand your anxiety and feeling socially awkward. I’m the same way and felt your anxiety just watching your video. At least your out there and I applaud you for that.
Oh wow I used to have family reunions at arkabutla lake. I have a lot of family around there. Yes the humidity is horrible but I love the scenery. I was shocked to hear you say horn lake lol i definitely thought I bet she was burning up. People always talk to everyone like they are family there.
Glad your out of your comfort zone,I used to be so shy as a child then in my early adult years I grew out of it now in my 50s I'm back and it's way worse,I have panic attacks just knowing I have to go somewhere and once I get back into my small south Louisiana town it's like I can breath and sometimes even thank God Im almost home,even at home I mostly staying my room and if my husband or daughter has company I stay in my room until they leave even sometimes I will lock my bedroom door until there company leaves.i don't know what is wrong with me 😢,anyway blessings Darlene .I've followed you for years and enjoy your channel 💕
Oh my god you sound just like me! I live with my daughter, her husband and 22 year old grandson. I stay in my room most of the time. They have cook outs for their friends and I stay in my room. With the door locked. I have panic attacks when I drive so I’m on medication. Have been for 30 years. I wonder what’s wrong with me too. It really sucks. I’ll be 70 in August and have fought this since elementary school. I had my first panic attack in 6th grade. Just know you’re not alone.😢
I'm 48 and hardly leave my house. I know how it is (( HUG ))
It's always hot when we come to MS and I found a small battery fan and a sun hat helps when outside the cabin playing with the grandchildren.

Darlene that looks like so much fun! Amazon sells a battery operated fan you can wear around your neck. I use it when I go to PT cause I'm always sweating. 🙄

So glad y’all are having such a good time. Next time don’t wear black in this heat 🥵 The temperature here in southwest Mississippi is 95 today. If we go outside in this heat we sometimes wear a terrycloth headband and we also have fans that are charged like a phone and you wear it around your neck. It has low, medium and high speeds.

Darleen I was in East Texas today. Outside yesterday most of the day. Humidity was horrible. I’m thinking of getting one of those neck things that are cold. Today I was out target 🎯 practicing with my grandson for just a short minute and wow was I wet. Some good footage today loved it. The kids were riding around all weekend so the Humm of the engines are the same.
Ohhh get the neck fan thing!! I just got one and cannot recommend it enough!
