CNN actually did the debate the way it should have been done . . . FINALLY.
They needed a little more time for replies, some minutes alloted to each candidate for rebuttal. For instance 7 minutes like an account, where one candidate can press a button and the clock starts, finish press the button clock stops. Once rebuttal time is used up, it's gone.
They gave Biden over 10 minutes more, nearly all the questions were loaded questions on Trump that they've manufactured the past 3 years, and more than likely gave Biden the script before the debate, he was reading or listening to something for his answers clearly. No they didn't do it right and fair, Biden is just unhelpable
