Im in the middle of doing a 2011 durango cam and lifters. How the hell did you disconnect the manifolds from heads?!?!? I ended up using every extension I own to unbolt the downpipe flanges, and still had to cut the drivers side
My apologies on the first response. I ended up having to maneuver a flex head ratchet with different types of sockets and extractors to remove them. But if you can’t take it off then just remove it with the head. It will be a lot heavier tho so it’ll be best to have someone help you out.
Yeah you should be able to remove the oil pan without removing the timing cover or the oil pump. Although you may need to unbolt the engine mounts to raise the engine up a little.
Would this apply to 2013 overland model? I need to replace oil pan gasket. Cant seem to find videos on that year.
Yes this is the same process except for removing the timing cover

We had a nightmare on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. NIGHTMARE FROM HELL
Exactly how much OIL did you have to add to the vehicle to see oil on the dipstick after putting it all back together?
I put 6 1/2 quarts of oil and a little more just to top it all off
do you think you could remove the oil pan without removing the oil pump and cam cover first?

@@edwardflores2187 that's awesome! I see a lot of interest in an oil pan gasket video.
