Look how MANY games this playoffs where teams have had even 3 goal leads and BLEW IT. It's so common in sports for teams to have decent leads and feel they have the game won and just "relax" and end up losing the game. Just look at last nights Panthers/Capitals game.

Most of PIT goals have been against Miller, like the first one here. He refuses to take the body on anyone, refuses to defend a man in front, often skating away to leave them all alone in front. Nemeth is a plus player taking away one game. Miller is the guy Sullivan is putting Crosby on the ice. He keeps Crosby away from Nemeth. Nemeth always wins the battle in front. He's just too slow to get anywhere else.

Pens are missing Crosby 1C, Dumoulin 1st pairing D, Rakell top 6 forward, and both of their NHL goalies so they're playing Domingue who was in the AHL this year. I think the Rangers are only missing Motte and Goodrow - two depth bottom 6 forwards. As far as injuries go, the Pens have it way worse.

And to think the refs were somehow behind the Rangers alone this series when having Game 1 and 3 handed to you and a 5 on 3 in the first 30 seconds of this game is the most insane delirium I have ever seen. Do I want Crosby injured? No. No one wants anyone to injure anyone. The league should definitely take a look at that high hit on Crosby. Trouba should get a 1 game suspension imo. Now hopefully the pens can finish the rangers off in Pittsburgh.

Pens are missing Crosby 1C, Dumoulin 1st pairing D, Rakell top 6 forward, and both of their NHL goalies so they're playing Domingue who was in the AHL this year.
I think the Rangers are only missing Motte and Goodrow - two depth bottom 6 forwards. As far as injuries go, the Pens have it way worse.

Finally, they show the heart that was there during the season! However, there is still too much being allowed by the Blue shirts in front of Shesh. We have to clear that area much better. A lot more chances for the Rangers tonight and they'll need to muster emotion and find the discipline on defense that they showed during the season in Game 6. Way to battle back, boys.
All these Rangers fans in this comment section getting all excited about winning a home game like it was a huge deal when 1) it was a home game so that's huge advantage. 2) You're facing a pens team that has been struggling with defense and are on a 3rd string call up goalie from the AHL and even then he isn't the starter for WB Pens. 3) Apparently you still have to be a bunch of fish smelling twats and intentionally injure a star player on our team just to get a home game win. Also you're sooooo sooo soo lucky we don't have a DeSmith and Jarry healthy on the ice bc it would've been a str8 sweep with 2 or 3 shutouts.
