One of the best things about last year's run was how Motte and Vatrano contributed so much to our teams ability to win, but what did it for me was how K' Andre Miller blossomed into a true NHL professional defenseman. So happy watching this young man become a kick ass player
How did Panarin get it through all that traffic? I'm still baffled by the shot. I wish Panarin would just shoot more. It would make him an all-around better player and even help his passing game.
If you told me as a pens fan we'd go up 3-1 this series, have a 2-0 lead in game 5 and lose, have a 2-0 lead in game 6 and lose, and then be up 3-2 with under 6 minutes left in the 3rd period in game 7 and STILL lose I'd call you crazy. Pens choked so hard. If Matheson didnt kick so many goals into our own net we woulda won!

This was my first season following Hockey, and it was the first time I had ever been stressed about a sport other than motorsports. I was overjoyed beyond belief seeing that win. Such an awesome night that was.

The goals the penguins scored were cheap goals, lucky bounces and high sticks. No clean goals just lucky shots barely finding their way to barely cross the goal line.

In my 8 years in the Army as a Ranger, I was very familiar with stress. I was never as stressed in my life as I was watching this game 7
