Abby said "sure ill do a video trying to beat par on George Ward shorts!" then George Ward said okay but 4,5,6,10,11,13,14,16 will not have a pin in the short 😂
Robbie and Abby, this was so valuable for so many people to see and help them think through how they play around of Disc Golf. I think this video is invaluable. Abby, you did great… people don’t understand how much pressure the camera adds to the game and you did phenomenally! keep up the great work and you can truly tell that you have studied the game and know what you’re talking about with your discs which is so commendable! Well done guys!
Abby…killing it! Great video. The comfort she showed on camera was impressive and humbling. Would love to see a follow-up in a few weeks to see if/what changes she made and her progress over the season.
I really like how aware Abby is of her game, good stuff. I throw the Hex and Crave and enjoy both quite a bit. I would like to see how Abby throws an Axiom Paradox, as I think it is a good utility disc. Keep up the good work!
The stackup is what gets me too. I can live with a bogey. It's when they start stacking up and I'm not seeing any birdie looks to win them back that the frustration sets in.
Great job Abby!! I was just there from Atlanta on Wednesday with my best friend (he lives there). It was his first time playing disc golf. I picked that course to play the shorts, and we were surprised like you. I definitely feel like Abby would have shot a +2 or so if the shorts had been there. Considering it was her first time on camera, that's absolutely boss!
See I love this kind of video and I think this is very valuable to watch you help a fellow AM working through stuff. I hope you do even further like form review, putt review, round reviews like this, etc. I feel it helps implement and reinforce your other content on how to do stuff a lot more because it is more relatable and can help overcome barriers that may come up after watching your content
Heya big Rob! I'm doing great thanks good sir I'm honored you finally asked, 🙏 also great shooting today abby!! Hope this can be a regular series on the channel!
Huge Props to be in Camera show your game and play better then most people in front of camera. Kudos to you keep on the grind minor tweaks and you’re money 💰
Way to go Abby!! Would love to see you work with her Robbie on technique and make this a monthly series until she shoots under par!! Great job for both of you!!!
I love this video. A video on how to size up a hole would be great. I have a hard time knowing what shots are available and which have a higher probability of staying out of danger.
Abby did awesome! 💯 I think some field work would help with a couple of those off the tee low shots. Awesome video I also loved the training aspect of it. Great job Robbie C!
As someone who plays with the same group of guys, I love seeing this because we throw things that we are comfortable with and use a little strategy. We aren’t too far from Birmingham (North Mississippi). We would love to host you.
This was a cool idea. I think next time it could be valuable to "silently caddie" for the first round and then "actively caddie" a second round. That way you can kind of get a vibe for what shots the player is naturally comfortable with
Made me want to go and do some field work and get some rounds in :) lefty side arm player hahaha only played 2 rounds in the 5 years of loving the sport hahaha 🤣 work and family life
❤ your shirt, Abby! Maybe watch your pull line on the more powerful rips, so your not throwing high to low! You have an awesome RIP when you get it!!! ❤❤ What a fun video! 😊
Hey Robby! I was hoping you can ask how my buddy Cody is doing today in a video, please? We are just getting our disc golf journey started, and you’re one of his favorite UA-camrs!
I think this could be a great series! it'll be cool when you have a suggestion for a shot/disc, the person throws your suggestion and then their choice.
What matters more? Execution is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get. Might fall off the tee and throw it straight into the bathrooms, might ace it. Strategy when broken down correctly, and pros often struggle with this as well so they aren’t the paragons of what’s “correct” either, is the thing that will average out to be more executable to give YOU edge. What gives me edge isn’t what gives you edge, you have to figure that out for yourself…ie what are you specifically good at and able to execute consistently better? This is not the same as “I’m more confident throwing x shot vs y shot” …it is statistically driven. If you can’t hit gaps with your backhand to save your life, it doesn’t really matter what the fairway shape “wants.” But if you had the skill to do virtually any shot, “correct” strategy would be to do the shot that gives the best chance to score or the least chance to make a major error…and where pros make the most mistakes IMO is only trusting discs that dump like a dump truck, when for instance, many holes on the pro tour are tunnel shots that ask for a perfectly straight shot and they pick up a ZoneOS or a Nuke and try to flex or chop forehand it. Like literally do the worst possible shot why don’t you and give yourself the chance to hit trees on both sides of the fairway…stupid strategy objectively, but if their edge says do that, and their execution is S-tier…well bad strategy can be overcome by your personal edge and good execution, and vice versa, good strategy can lose out to your lack of edge and bad execution.
Robbie I did the rookie series last year. And that’s the only tournament I’ve played. How do I know when I’m ready for a tournament. I truly believe that I could win ma4 but I don’t have a rating
There's not really a way to "know" that you're ready in my opinion. If you feel like you stand a chance in MA4, then that's reason enough to go for it!
I've never "turned over" a shot, or hyzer flipped a disk. These are like myths to me. I feel like I'm being fucked with. Now, I'm on my you're 50s and started three my very first disc about months ago. I throw a River about 250 to 300, depending on several factors.
Robbie listen, in order to caddie well you have to know her bag. I have watched twice. You cannot help if you don’t know what she throws and how she throws them. Field work first. Practice round first. Then caddie.
The concept of the video is great but the execution was poor and a disservice to Abbey and newer players looking for guidance. I say this with all positivity and love, but as a caddy especially with a newer player you have to learn and know their capabilities before stepping on the course. A 10 - 15 minute field session of Abbey just throwing her entire bag in a field, each disc 3-5 times with a target down a straight line would have prepared her and you to attack the course. She would have done better finding one mid or fairway disc she threw straightest and sufficient distance to cover half the distance of every hole if feasible. Then play the course with just that one disc to start. This video just highlights how golfers especially newer players are unaware of those disc distances and flight characteristics and as a caddy making recommendations based on a newer players opinions versus fact and default to flight numbers which are known to be flawed is a great disservice to the audience of newer players. Hopefully you could run this experiment again but leave the preparation and knowledge gathering for off the course, so you can be prepared to score when playing. Abbey could easily beat +7 with a single discs like her Hex. Cheers.
Abby said "sure ill do a video trying to beat par on George Ward shorts!" then George Ward said okay but 4,5,6,10,11,13,14,16 will not have a pin in the short 😂
The universe was just chuckling at us!
shout out to abby for being willing to do this on camera! thank you!
would love to see more of these, robbie. cheers! 🛴❤
Bring back Abby! This would be a good summer series.

Do more of these please. The best part is the coaching convos. It is nice to hear how others get to the disc and shot they choose.
loved this!
We love Abby, great job!!
abby is goalssss 🙌🏼
Love this video! Abby does such a great job!

Abby out here killin it!🔥🔥🔥🔥
Abby played great! I think your advice was good and Abby would benefit from a few more rounds like that.
The stackup is what gets me too. I can live with a bogey. It's when they start stacking up and I'm not seeing any birdie looks to win them back that the frustration sets in.
Great video! Enjoyed the kind interaction between you two and the energy/fun that was shared.
Great content! I would like to be able to generate as much snap as Abby does from a stand still!
Robbie gotta settle down with the hex recommendations 🤷♂️💯👍
I think Abby did EXTREMELY well all things considered!

Wow! Abbie throws pretty darn good. Thanks Abbie

Really appreciate your episodes and your generosity with new players!
This chick is twice as good as me. Well played Abby!
Really enjoyed this, great job Abby, I think you play great! Would love to see more of this. Good to see how others throw, strategy, etc
Yayyyy Thankyou so much for posting this Robbie!!!! This is exactly the kind of video I was looking forrrrrr!!!!
Loving this video, Robbie! I was rooting for Abby on every shot!
I’ll buy a “Team Abby Can Putt” shirt.
Way to go Abby!! Would love to see you work with her Robbie on technique and make this a monthly series until she shoots under par!! Great job for both of you!!!
She has a great throw! Better than a large percentage of players and definitely a better attitude 😂
Great video! Abby plays my game, refreshing! An Abby series?
For sure! We’ve actually got a second Abby coming on the channel on Thursday!!
Video 2 commenting until Robbie asks how I am doing. Keep up the amazing content Robbie, wish I had channels like you when I started
I really like the idea of this video. It is kind of a sneak peak into some one on one coaching. Great job Robbie C!

❤ your shirt, Abby!
Maybe watch your pull line on the more powerful rips, so your not throwing high to low! You have an awesome RIP when you get it!!! ❤❤
What a fun video! 😊
Way to go Abby! We have a very similar bag -- Hex, Crave, Insanity, and Waves. I'm wondering if an Entropy might be a good up disc.
Love this idea and wish I could find someone close by to do similar for me. I want to learn what shots I am miss-throwing.
Hey Robby! I was hoping you can ask how my buddy Cody is doing today in a video, please? We are just getting our disc golf journey started, and you’re one of his favorite UA-camrs!
Great video ladies and gents thank you
camera quality and color looks so good
I think this could be a great series! it'll be cool when you have a suggestion for a shot/disc, the person throws your suggestion and then their choice.
Definitely excited to keep working together to learn her bag to help as best I can!!
Good round Abbie 🫡
Great video! Keep the content comin' 😀
Way to go Abby 😅 you got some skills
I just wanted to say Robbie I had to buy a pig just because of your Stan, and I’m loving it
Heyyyy was this my video idea!? 😍🔥
i feel like not many people talk about the Orc but man its been one of my go to overstable drivers since i got it.
Good round Abby!
I mean I threw a +26 at George Ward so I think Abby crushed it!
That basket on the first hole looked HUGE from that angle lol

I would love to do this with you if you ever come to Reno🙏🏼
Abby, I want to see you again on this course. In your corner.

Dude! Abby can kinda rip the disc!

I wish I had someone to do this with me to improve my game
Hi robbie great video,I was wondering if yo could do a fortnite live stream some time soon?Have a good day😃😃
Great video. I’ll pay you to caddie/coach me just like this!
Abby killed it. George Ward was being a turd with all the silly pin placement mysteries.
