The moment an amateur tennis player understands that 50% of the game is footwork, balance and fitness, and stop worrying about rackets, strings, semi-eastern or fully western, his/her game will have already 100% improved. More of it please.
@@alteroccatv I realise this but I just can't seem to get the footwork down... I'd love a progressive program for footwork, balance and fitness 😬
@@sammfowler6258 if you can afford it, try a few different high performance coaches (i.e. not your local club tennis coach teaching kids and club players) and one will work out, I'm sure. Personalised video analysis, diet, exercise/fitness program, drills, etc. etc. I'm starting this month with a friend/high perf. coach £200 (GBP) a month, I shall see how faster I improve. 🦾🦾🦾

Yes
yes
Must definitely. I would love to learn more about this. Im 50 yrs old and I just started playing tennis two yrs ago. Even though I played sports growing up, in college and during my military career I'm finding tennis challenging. I would like to keep learning and getting better and better. Im sure specific fitness will help.
Yes there Is Little about this topic in UA-cam
Yes, its hard to figure out which muscles you should target in tennis, heard kettle bell side raises are good thats about it.
Been watching your videos for time, thank you.
Many thanks for the support 🙏
My knees hurt just watching this. Excellent video. Can you share what warm up exercises were done before the training was done so we don't destroy our bodies?
Many of the pros use a warm up similar to this: ua-cam.com/video/-HpQmbWMG38/v-deo.html
Great video! Could you share information about how a weekly trainings schedule looks (with tennis training, fitness, stretching and physio)? And maybe the difference of the plan in season and off season.
Would love to hear more about that
We want more !
Would love to see what fitnedd program can run a tennis player when it comed to strength training
Excellent! Love it. Maybe include some more exercises to strengthen the shoulder and arm.

Absolutely
Would love to know where I can get similar training for an adult tennis player "not a professional" to improve footwork and tennis in general. In Bay Area CA
Sorry, we’re not familiar with that area. I’d start by googling tennis coaches in your area and asking around for performance coaches and get in touch with them
This is vital information. Thanks for uploading 🥇

Do you guys have a full body stretches specific for Tennis players?
No, but it’s something we’ll work on during the winter months, staying healthy for tennis 👍
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial thank you! 🙏
Can you tell me what brand medicine ball is shown in the video? Possibly the weight as well? Many of the MBs in the 5kg range seem to have a diameter of about 9 inches, while the one in your video seems larger - likely closer to what I’ve read is supposedly a standard size of 13.75 inches.
All you need is a ball that bounces and is even the entire way around.
There’s so many brands available and different sizes, the weight is more important than the size, as too heavy can cause injuries and too light will limit your improvement

Great video!
