    These are some great tips! Can definitely be hard to get back into a routine! But always feel so good after doing a workout! Looking forward to more videos 😊

    Great one, I did it the first time after the 1st lockdown (5 months in Scotland the gyms were closed) and got back to my former strength and muscle mass in only 2 months! Then the gyms closed again 😢🤣
