Great one, I did it the first time after the 1st lockdown (5 months in Scotland the gyms were closed) and got back to my former strength and muscle mass in only 2 months! Then the gyms closed again 😢🤣
This was really helpful, some great advice and it has made me feel more excited/focused and less anxious to get back in to it
