Hi Mica! My name is Jo, and I live in Hawaiʻi. I was a competitive swimmer for most of my life, but now I've transitioned into my ✨running era✨! I started following you and Adam a few month ago and as a beginner runner, I wanted to thank you for your content! You both have inspired me in so many ways! Best of luck tomorrow! 🫶🏽
These videos are so awesome to see! 🔥Love seeing more of your guy’s daily lives and how you fit running in. Just so motivating while being realistic 😊 Would love to see more of this, alongside the daily nutrition to fuel the running 😁👏
Just visited SLC for the first time. Found SLCTC and went for a Saturday run. Def named dropped that I follow both you and Adam on socials. You’re totally an inspiration! Thank you for making such great quality content. Good luck in the half!
Nothing has made me feel older than "vintage" and "Flotrack" being used in the same sentence. 😂😂😂 Congrats on fourth OA and welcome to long distance racing! BAA is a great race - you'll kill it!
Great video, Mica! You just about flew right over me going from Charlotte to Lynchburg, and yes Lynchburg is part of the south.😄I'm always doing the math of feet of climbing per mile for my runs, and over 70'/mile is definitely hilly. Congratulations on the strong race and your first prize check!
Thanks I learned some new tips from this like taking breaks on runs is good for the soul, and to try the Atlantic salmon cause I always get the other one at TJs lol ❤
how could youtube hide this from me for 28 whole minutes
Ugh same. I suppose it’s a good reminder to turn on notifications (not sponsored to say this)

Video idea for you and adam: tips and tricks for beginners and how to actually start running (maybe a training plan of sorts).
Love this idea!! It would also be cool to take a look at/breakdown our training from when we both started!
I would love that as well!!!
@@micawood I agree! You and Adam are both so amazing, so it would be interesting to see how it all started :)

How much flexibility work do you do? Wondering if it would benefit my running at all.
my idol 🤞
@Mica, are you going to get the new pace pro?
I just got it a few days ago!!
@@micawood perfect, I would love to see a deep inside review (sort of) from both of you :)
Are you still working? That could be helping with recovery if you aren’t doing super early workouts every morning and have time to recover in the day?
Was that Allie!!!
Saludos happy Saturday
saludos!!
Alimentação é importante pra mim antes de treinar só carboidratos e líquidos depois do treino como tudo que tiver pela frente
Running in California is nice, at most I have to wear long sleeves.
love that!
@@champcar69 you must be in So Cal! lol
21:47 what song is this?
What camera do you use for your vlogs?
sony zv-10
I wanted to ask what are the name of ur race shoes?☺️
UA velociti 2!
why do u call it miles only to call it km for the races?
:)
Showing splits without elevation on a hilly course is eh not informative.
my bad 😭 meant to put that in! i’ll add it to the description
Gave average GAP. What would you take from individual mile GAP?
