- Here's how much I paid for all of my cars. Starting with the 2010 Ford F-150 Raptor, followed by the 1987 Ford Mustang GT Foxbody, 2005 Mercedes E55 AMG Wagon, 2006 Chevy Corvette C6 Z06, 1997 Mercedes SL500. I'm using Bring A Trailer for current sale prices to see how much my cars are now worth.

Soooo looking at the Canadian market, since these are Canadian cars … and focusing on your highest value car (the corvette) …
There’s really 1 equivalent 2006 yellow Z06 in Canada right now it’s in Vancouver with 45,800 kms on it. It’s listed at $63,000 CAD.
My guess is it’s probably got less KMs on it than yours and it’s stock, which means it’s gotta be worth more than yours.
So, your corvette is not worth $75,000 CAD, I’m sorry. I would say MAYBE it’s worth $60,000 but I think you would have a hard time selling it due to the mods. I could see a lot of people offering you 50k honestly

I can't imagine selling 5 cars just to buy one. Is it trading up? Sure. But, the enjoyment you get from those 5 (in all the different situations you can use them in) cannot be matched by one single vehicle. Good choice to hold onto them for now.

I love your rationale as I too own several fun vehicles and enjoy the variety as opposed to owning one high end super car that I would be worried about and probably not be able to enjoy.

My garage would look almost identical to yours. Except I would have the quad cab first gen Raptor and I’d swap the SL500 for a MK4 Golf R32. You’ve got beautiful rides and thank you for sharing them with us.

I Have 2016 Renegade trailhawk orange with 100 thousand kms and it was 80.000 Reais the prices here in Brazil went crazy in the last decade and the minimum wage is 1.400 Reais the good thing is that buying and selling cars here we have a better margin because the prices are higher

Lol I know. I saw a couple of 2005-2007 E55 wagons for sale in Ontario. All above $40k. I said crap, $25k all in I can get away with. My wife would be pissed if I did $45k+ tax on a almost 20 year old car.

Funny thing is most of those one used car for 84k are all depreciating cars. Bentleys, aston martin, ferraris, and most of the porsches. However, i doubt your e55 price is gonna go up high, my prediction is that it'll just stay around that price or go up a little. You can't compare it to a r32 gtrs which has a huge following behind it and they don't sell it in US. Looking at current situation with old fun mercedes from 80s and 90s, there's not much that has happened except for 190e evo or 500e.
Edit : also if you can find how "rare" wagon e55 amg is, just like ed bolian maybe you could jack up it's market value😂
They only sold 7 E55 wagons in Canada 😉

Great video, love the channel. However, the Raptor is definitely not worth $30k. I just sold a fully loaded 2013 super crew cab with 125k, clean title, no accidents, 0 rust for $27,5 usd. Your raptor is realistically closer to 15-18 usd. Maybe you could get a little more because of your presence, but 30k is unrealistic.

Sorry man, but as the owner of 2 different Corvette's (one a Z06), the 06' C6 Z06 is not worth 50K. Realistically 35-40K (US) with market conditions now.

You can’t use that as a comparison because 90% of those buyers would not consider importing one from Canada, especially the east coast (rust).
