115gr +P or +P+ is the way to go in 9mm for it is the speed that you're after. My former agency used the Federal 115gr +P+ and the medical examiner told us he noticed brain hemorrhaging and the perpetrators that we shot. This was due to the lightweight high velocity round. The 115 gr hits hard. You should see what it does the body armor on impact Before the 40 caliber craze the secret service praised and 115 gr +P+ The federal border patrols first 10 shootings. Were one shot stops. Illinois State Police as well as DeKalb county Police in Georgia. Love this room and someone else. The Navy seals back in the '90s used it. It may not meet all of the FBI protocol but it has Street credentials. As far as the 147 gr goes, look at shootings in California where the police are shooting perpetrators a lot of times with 9 mm because it penetrates well but it doesn't provide any shock to the body because it doesn't hit as hard. The 115 gr is also flatter shooting. Another good thing is your practice ammo should be the same weight as your EDC ammo. 115 gr is plentiful in full metal jacket. You talked about research. Now you have some more to do. Be safe
Personally I’m not a fan of auto knives. Plus check with your local laws because some states you aren’t allowed to carry them. That S&W is a liner lock knife. Check out some button lock, compression lock, or axis style locks on different knives. Easier to open and close without putting your fingers in the way of the blade. Definitely some great EDC items! 👍 I carry a Tier 1 concealed holster with a blue alpha gear low profile belt.
I personally don't have any S&W's but my wife's whole lineup is except her FS dagger, she loves the economics of their weapons, just as reliable as sig and Glock in my book.
Great breakdown on the ammo choice. I bought the identical M&P compact, haven’t shot it yet. I run a G26 for EDC w/ G19 mag and sleeve. Might replace it with the M&P eventually. We will see.
Once you shoot the M&P. It will be a hard choice between carrying that Glock and the M&P. Especially once you see how concealable and accurate it is compared to the Glock.
I have same edc me personally ammo don’t matter as much as shot placement and I had no problem with screws backing out with my holosun andi use their plastic plate also great video
Great choice 💪🏾💯. And thanks for watching 🙏🏽. Also you’re correct about shot placement but I also choose my ammo based on the different seasons as well. Some folks will have on more layers so I want to reassure that whatever I send their way, it’s going to punch through those layers and still be effective.
Yeah I’ve always ran critical defense and critical duty but I just figured I’d try something new and different. I’m going to always keep the critical defense and critical duty close though
Thanks for sharing, Sir & hate to bust your bubble...but that pistol & spare mag prints soooo badly it looks like you're wearing a colostomy bag... To he honest with you there's pretty much nothing concealed about your carry...
I like to see my fellow black men, taking the security of themselves and their families serious
Watch the Hornady for bullet set back after a while if you don't rotate your carry rounds frequently
They are junk.

@@proud2carry yea I’m going to put a few hundred rounds through the M&P soon enough. I have the Johnny Glocks trigger in my G26 and it’s crazy good.
Fina look into they Winchester +P today when I hit the store seems solid to me
CK DOGTAG plate is the best. It’s going to drastically reduce the witness hole blowback.
Appreciate that information. I definitely will look into that 💯👍🏽
