  • Botox injections are commonly used as a way to reduce visible synkinesis. After some time, Botox has to be reapplied again, as its effects wear off. In this video, Alex Pashov explains what exactly is Botox, how it works, why it is only temporary and how effective it is in reducing synkinesis.
At Crystal Touch Clinic we do not use any invasive techniques and, therefore, we do NOT use Botox injections in our rehabilitation programs.
As part of our Bell's Palsy Knowledge Base, we share with you useful knowledge, tips and suggestions about facial palsy, Bell's palsy, Ramsay Hunt syndrome, synkinesis, contractures, facial pains and other residuals. Subscribe to see more upcoming videos.
