I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy back on April 11, 2023 and as of today Jul 12, 2024 I am still dealing with it, I am glad i found this to augment this along with Light LED therapy, massage, and acupuncture. This is definitely been a struggle/frustration and it has impacted my self esteem and being able to concentrate on my work tasks along with taking care of my son. This has been an exhausting endeavor.
Well Bell's palsy recovery is a time-consuming process, I got it in mid of Oct 2023, and in 4-5 months I recovered almost 99%....Dr explained a very useful exercise in the video. Please be patient, consult with your primary Dr and physiotherapist, and give time to your muscles for recovery because it always takes time. Recovery time is different for every person but 1 month to 4 months mostly people can recover.

Thank you doctor
Thank you so much for this! Would you possibly be able to tell me whether there's a cutoff length of time, after which recovery/improvement is impossible? I've had Bell's Palsy for 14 years, but I only recently found out that's what it is.
Facial pralysis happened 1 year ago.i didn't do any kind of treatment.
Will it be okay now?
Please let me know if you know
So is it common to have dizziness or foggy Brain and fatigue with Bell’s palsy?

Whenever I was doing Exercise #1, my left side was very loose, and my left side was my weaker side. My right side is the opposite, more muscular and bigger. Should I go to the doctor to check it out or do you all think the exercises should be fine to fix the problem
I literally bit my tongue time after time due to this diagnosis. I speak flat timely. Exercise on mark
