      It’s a fitness challenge. You have to do two 45 min workouts, stick to a diet, read 6-10 pages of a book,drink a gallon of water, and take a progress picture everyday for 75 days

      I'm sorry to be a bother, but may I ask you for some advice about fear? 🙏🏼 I just realized that I make so many excuses that I'm afraid to do many things that seem "dumb" but I can't help it and would like to overcome it. For example, "I can't shower because what if the drain clogs up again. What should I do?" "I can't go check my mail because I'm in my PJs and someone might see me." Silly things like that. What should I do?
