Omgsh just finished cooking this and it taste amazing. Didn't use velvetta but shredded cheese instead. And also diced fresh tomatoes. Tastes amazing. Thank you for this recipe.

I've made this for many years.. we call it macaroni goulash.. I use my own stewed Tomatoes and Herbs we grow...and no added cheese...I cook it in one pan on top of the stove...Like my mom did.
It's delicious.
My husband and kids love it.
