So far you’re the only UA-cam cook I trust. Sometimes I’ll add my own twist on your recipes or adjust measurements to my preference (I don’t like too much sweetness in any type of meat), sometimes may even leave out certain ingredients , but it really has been pretty good and helped me a lot. As a beginner cook learning measurements is overwhelming. Other cooks just eyeball a lot and the technical aspect is hard to follow, leaving you feeling like you’ve failed. One tip,, you should brown the potato skins.. I'm going to do a verso this. I'm going to piccata it. The sauce ❤looks good, but I will change the season in it. I love lemon pepper. It's a hugely overlooked, under used spice. It's my secret in the batter for my chicken fried steak.. take care. Good job!

I did this today but i omitted the chicken and i added bacon. My sauce came out a bit salty though but still edible. I will do it another day with shrimp and be sure to not over salt my sauce. Thank you Ma.
I have never had a loaded baked potato with proteins b/c I am not really a fan of baked potato itself (more of a potato skins girl). HOWEVER, THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.... I made this last weekend and my husband and older son want me to make it like EVERYDAY fr, fr ..... Thank you so much for making me a believer b/c this has been added to my short list of meal ideas.
