Looks great my dude, congrats! I just started a road to front lever pull up series. Currently can do a one leg pull up and have an alright full FL. Kind of a grind at 183cm but I'll get to this level one day 💪
It Motivated me so much really good video man! i train for about 4 Months Front Lever now and achive a straddle 11 sec hold + like a bent arm pull not full range, but thies Video makes me want the Full Front Lever so much, ty for your work ! Greetings from Germany !
Im really motivated to get back into FLPU training. I used to be able to do them (1/2 reps) but now ive Lost lots of progress and im basically just at a short FL hold (probably like 10ish seconds at most). Ill try to get stronger than ive ever been on that move ,hopefully getting a solid touch hold too
That's really amazing I'm currently doing straddle front lever . Can hold for 2 or 3 seconds and it's starts to pike. Have been training for 2 and a half months after 1 and a half years of just basics . These are way better vids showing what it's like
You sick bro, continue that defenitely, I almodst can do the full Version, I am a professional at the one leg extended form, I'm gettin there, keep going kings 🏆
In your opinion, do you think doing front lever holds with weights (5-10lb plate on top of the feet) would carry over to FL pull-ups? Or would it simply improve static hold time? Thanks a ton 🤙🏼
incredible discipline. congrats bro. i would like to know the height of the paralets, since im looking for sth similar to start practicing front lever. could you tell me please, and if you think it is good that height
Yoo, what are some requirements to train fl pull up? I can hold it 10secs and my max pull up is 45 more sometimes but and I tried to fl pull up and I can get it but I still lack of strength to pull my self up, any suggestions that I can follow thru?🙏🏻
Amazing 🔥 that’s what you call patience guys 👌 patience is key ahah Btw can you tell an exemple of workout you did? Like maybe x3 attempts full pu, x5 adv tuck pu x3 hold/presses etc
@@krnseu5073 Generally I trained it 3 times per week. I usually did about x5 attempts full fl pu, next x3/4 holds, x5 adv tuck pu or full pu with rubber and in the end basic exercises. Sometimes I did also a few sets of presses or touch front lever
Umm something weird happened today. I wanted to learn the front lever so at the gym I wanted to see where I was at with it so I tried a front lever and realised I was able to hold it for 3 seconds. Without any progressions. How do I continue with this? Do I use a resistance band to help with holding it for longer?
Im back to this 1 year later and still cant do this 🤣🤣

I was doing attempts, pull ups in advenced tuck fl, holds and somotimes presses
Nice work man! Can you break down your training regime to learn the lever, and lever pullup?
If you are able to hold front lever for some seconds, then just do a lot of negative motions of front pull.
Hi! How many sets of your training are max hold or reps (failure)? Cos i dont know if im training with the right intensity.. salutee
I do all series of one exercise (4-6) almost to the max, but not to the failure
