I made your lemon chicken pasta last week, but added some finely chopped zucchini and onion. My son liked it, and my dil loved it! They are both autistic and have sensory issues so it's hard to find cheap, easy, healthy meals that they like. Some of your recipes are pretty frequent in our house now, we appreciate everything you do. I also notice you take the time to interact with most of your viewers sometimes, that is so kind of you! I will definitely make that lemon chicken pasta again soon.

Sheet pan meals have been my saving grace lately for this very busy season of my life. They are also minimal ingredients, so they are cheaper to make as well. My family's go-to is the bbq chicken with sweet potatoes and broccoli. We loooove it and go back to it over and over again. Thank you for these amazing recipes ❤

What is funny is that now that I don't know what to make for dinner I just pull out your cookbook and BOOM, I've got multiple pantry staples with easy recipes. I love the mozz cheese idea in the middle of the meatloaves. I usually make 5 lbs of mini meatloaves, cook them, have some for dinner that night and freeze the rest. We take out as many as we need for another dinner until they are gone. Always a hit!

This week my fridge broke and the next day the microwave broke. Lost all my food which was horrible. Had to go buy new and they didn’t get put in until yesterday. I will be happy to cook again. I’ve been eating junk all week. Fun but tired of it. 😂

These all look yummy. I really wish my mom would have made meatloaf like this. She worked and would come home to make dinner. We used to all fight over the ends of the meatloaf. Because that’s the only part that was ever done. Granted one of us could have probably learned how to make the meatloaf so it would have been cooked when she got home from work.
