Standard Lamp Upcycle/Refurb

Hey UA-camrs, here is a video of me up-cycling/refurbing a "standard lamp" by means of reassembling it, rewiring it and making it electrically safe by modern standards. The main body itself was free, rescued from essentially going in the bin, the parts were quite cheap too!

Hello Andy, you really, truly need to add an earth connection to the brass lamp fitting.

as its a metal fixtute you need an earth wire
