At first, I thought they had the wrong guy. I was leaning into the Odin cult thing, with there being a few involved. RA was their patsy, fall guy.....but now I believe that RA is crazy, and that the Odin thing is part of his delusional reality, what he believes to be true. I think he's just crazy. He has some Odin fantasy religion going on in his head. He knows that there's prison guards and cops who share his beliefs, but these are just dumb drunk guys with their trashy locker room talk. They're all fantasizing about it, but someone obviously played out the fantasy. I think it was RA, acting alone, because he's crazy and having fantasies about sacrificing to Odin.
The trial of Richard Allen, the suspect in the Delphi murders, has sparked significant public debate, with concerns about his treatment and the strength of the evidence against him. My points reflect frustrations from those who believe that Allen is being unjustly accused and that the case is being mishandled, particularly in regard to the legal processes, evidence preservation, and his treatment while incarcerated. Several key issues raised include: Lack of Direct Evidence: According to Allen's defense and public commentary, there is no DNA, fingerprint, or other forensic evidence directly linking him to the murders of Abby and Libby, despite years of investigation and the collection of significant physical evidence from the crime scene. Flaws in the Investigation: The claim that vital interview recordings were "accidentally deleted" in the early days of the investigation raises serious concerns about how the investigation was handled. The absence of clear records of witness statements, combined with deleted interviews and missing reports, is troubling. Exculpatory Evidence and Alternative Suspects: Allen's defenders argue that much of the evidence uncovered during the investigation points to alternate suspects. Yet, these leads appear to have been overlooked or not properly investigated, according to defense filings. Confessions and Mental State: Allen’s reported confessions, allegedly made under the influence of drugs while in a state of psychosis, add another layer of complexity. Such confessions are generally regarded with suspicion in legal proceedings due to questions about their reliability, particularly when the confessions do not contain verifiable details of the crime. Psychological and Physical Conditions: The conditions of Allen’s imprisonment-particularly solitary confinement for 23 hours a day and being involuntarily medicated-raise ethical and human rights concerns. The prolonged stress, alongside withdrawal from long-term medication, has seemingly contributed to his deteriorating mental health. Precedent and Constitutional Concerns: Many supporters of Allen emphasize the broader implications of his case, particularly with regard to constitutional rights. They believe that the prosecution's handling of the case could set a dangerous precedent where individuals could face severe punishment or imprisonment with insufficient evidence. Justice for the Victims: While it’s clear that the community deeply mourns Abby and Libby, there’s a growing sentiment that true justice means identifying and convicting the right person, rather than rushing to prosecute someone who may not be involved. In high-profile cases like this, public opinion can become polarized, but it’s crucial that the judicial process follows due process to ensure that justice is served both for the victims and the accused. The defense's efforts to raise questions about the investigation, as well as calls for transparency in handling evidence and alternative suspects, highlight the complexity of the case. Ultimately, the court proceedings will have to address these concerns to ensure that justice is achieved in a fair and thorough manner.
Is the defendant seated in front of the display of crime scene photos and other evidence? If so maybe he’s getting off on the images and testimony. This trial format bothers me.
@lorig4871 Detective Greg Ferency was shot outside the FBI office in Indianapolis. He, Todd Click, and Kevin Murphy were part of the investigation originally, and their theory doesn't align with the prosecutors theory currently being presented in court. Stephanie Thompson was a polygrapher with the ISP and she was working with the investigation of the Flora Fire that happened a few months before the Delphi crime. Flora is only 15 minutes from Delphi, in the same county. The fire that killed 4 little girls was determined to be an arson. Some people think the Flora and Delphi crimes are connected based on how Doug Carter ISP Superintendent would mention all of the girls together during interviews and press conferences. He would say how he doesn't know why there's a dark cloud around Carroll County. Definitely look into it! It's also really important to watch the Delphi press conferences and listen to what Doug Carter says, as well as statements from Robert Ives, the former prosecutor.

My biggest question is Why did they call off the search that night? You call in relief, the pros, you don't quit when overnight could be life or death.
I specifically want to know why they stopped the dogs from searching. I've always found that very suspect. They would have been found sooner if they'd have let the dogs do their work.
Richard Allen is not the killer. There’s a cover up. The girls were blinded folded and driven around before they were killed. The pointer points to Logan and a Law enforcer that help him cover it up.

Perfectly said! She's caused doubt and distrust long b4 the verdict comes in. Nobody trusts the process now. THIS case, especially, needed the utmost of transparency!
I agree in theory. Trials soon turn into learning experiences. The Delphi murders have morphed into some horrific nightmare evil fairytale and trial which still traumatize grown adults. The DA made mistakes now the prosecution is fanning the flames of Evil incarnate which brutally destroyed innocent virgin white females. We’re grownups and don’t own torches, stakes or hooked chains. A trial isn’t a memorial or religious meeting. The Emotional drama is not conducive to clear minded adult information processing and critical thinking. It’s not what our present day Justice System is designed to be. What century are we living in?

The Delphi police butchered this investigation! They should've asked for help if they've never had a situation like this. They prove to be incompetent. RIP Libby and Abby, gone too soon.
No matter if RA is found guilty or not, I will always wonder if it was correct because of the secrecy this case has been under. Also the judge is clearly biased and has sabotaged this case. IMO

Yeah at the same age a good friend of mine and I were in some vulnerable situations and anything could have happened. To be clear, *none* of what happened can be blamed on Libby and Abby. It's horrible this world can be so unsafe, especially for girls.
I agree! I'm 64 and I used to hike in the woods by my home with my best friend at their age all the time. Didn't even have cell phones. We graduated to hitchhiking all the time at 16. So lucky to still be here. Poor girls 😢😢😢💔
A normal box cutter does not have a serrated blade. That's something you have to add separately. And the serrations are not the usual you'll find on a serrated knife.
It’s extremely disrespectful that these girls were murdered, found in different stages of undress, AND YOU’RE ASKING IS THIS IS A SEX CRIME???! YES IT IS. Even without trauma to their privates, forcing children to undress is a sex crime.
Detach your emotions so that you can retain information that are FACTS. Emotions can not play any kind of role in the TRUTH. The FACT is that this WAS NOT a sex CRIME. Remember Emotions and Truth cannot be combined.
@@jenchadwickEmotions have nothing to do with the FACT that both minor children were forced to undress. That is a sex crime. @ It was definitely a ritual, and I agree with that part of also. I’m not trying to butter any part of this tragedy up at all. What I do know is the people who actually did this are still out there. And that I will NOT back down on.
It doesn't seem like one individual could have done this to both girls at the same time. How was he able to restrain one girl without the other one fighting him? Did he have injury marks on his face, hands etc.?
No, ID, no DNA? What happened Innocent until proven guilty. No transparency? What are they hiding? This man has been held for almost 2 years in solitary confinement. No visitors, just the guards.
They said he also had a gun. He was bigger than them. You tell one if you do anything I'll kill your friend. There have been several serial killers or murders in general were the killer was able to control more than one person. And that person's were adults. This is two teenage girls who are small.
Please look into the Indiana state police about this. I live about an hour from Delphi. Nobody is talking about Doug Carter and the way he handled this situation.
Speculation much. If he had done all that spur of the moment why was no dna found? Also no proof it is him on the video or is the man in the video was even the murderer.

This is inexcusable to say the least that it took over 5 Damn Years for the Police to finally arrest someone??? You got to be kidding me!!! This is sooooo horrible, No justice here whatsoever.
I think its because they needed enough evidence to arrest him and charge him, unfortunately you hear it a lot I feel, that it takes yeeeeears to arrest 😣
The pathologist didn't come to the eureka moment after seeing a box cutter in his garage.... he came to that moment sometime after a box cutter was taken during a search of Allen's residence, almost like he's been told that a box cutter was found, and crafting a cover story to explain his change away from serrated knf to box cutter.

Also was the blade facing inward or outward? Inward right hand to left neck..outward r hand to r neck..if facing. The way the cut pressure began could give information. I think the professional is wrong. If the neck is cut right to left I feel like that would indicate a left handed person and not right handed to cut in this fashion. Also have never seen a serrated bladed box cutter....
If you are behind the victim, holding her head, and you are right handed, you will cut left to right, that is how she was killed. her cut was on the left. Also the Doctor did not say the box cutter was serrated : he said that the end of it, the handle, could have left those marks, while cutting with force.
@@sons_of_god1306I’m right handed as well and there’s no way I’m using a knife with my non-dominant hand. She was likely subdued from behind, he could have even been on top of her. Makes no sense to use a non-dominant hand to make that cut, especially as deep as it was.

His mental health down the toilet? Why those girls? Again, IF he is guilty... it just feels like it goes deeper than just an opportunity.* Could you give insight? Love watching you!!!
We don’t know if this is the first crime of the perp who did this. I would say likely not, and it appears to be the work of a serial killer. Whether it was Allen or not, and if it was, has he done this before, we just don’t know. I know you just don’t go out and unalive two teenage girls all of a sudden in your 40s. I would say, if it is him, the fact he doesn’t have a record, is meaningless to me. He may have just not been caught yet.
@@lindseysanders3656 It's kind of hard to be a serial killer in a small town. It's just an issue of population. A smaller victim pool means it'll be much more obvious when several people die or mysteriously vanish.
Why are we treating him like he’s guilty? Is it not innocent til proven guilty? So far the more I learn about the case the more I’m convinced they have the wrong person but the media sure is pushing the narrative that it’s him despite the evidence being nearly non existent. @@cara6826 You have a point there. The "bridge guy" was some distance behind Abby during the recording. There is a very good chance Libby was just recording Abby. They said the shot of the bridge guy was a "zoomed in" image video.
Maybe he put the clothes on Abby first and then when he tried to dress Libby he realized he put the wrong clothes on Abby, the bigger clothes, so Abby’s clothes would not fit Libby, they were wet and too tight, so he just hurriedly covered her in twigs. He could have panicked at that point.
True but he didn't try to cover libby with leaves s I think he purposely left libby naked and dressed abby like you wrote cause abbys wet jeans would be hard to put back on
@lornabow2111 a few theories, killer felt remorse over abby, so dressed her, kept libby naked to humiliate in post mortem, to shock her family, send message to her family? Payback sort of thing? don't know why killer would put shoes back on abby though. This whole case is so strange.
@villanelle8888 gd point that's weird if they only belonged to abby maybe she didn't take the Bras off if one belongs to libby and one abby and then that's strange of killer put 2 Bras on abby
Its amazing how the deceased can find a way to communicate. Their messages may not always be clear and we may not always be open to receiving their messages when they send them. But in many of these cases especially with violent and senseless deaths its like sometimes the answer ends up presenting itself where it hadn't before and perpetrators most likely unwillingly and unwittingly make themselves known.
Speculation-He killed Libby first. Abby was unclothed, and they were interrupted, (car driving by 330 spooked his timeline) he had her put clothes back on to move further but it didn’t end up happening- she was either fighting or exhausted from already being injured. Sort of explains debris on bottom of foot, she was barefoot for a window of time, then had to put shoes on.
I thought that he didn't realise whose clothes were who's UNTIL I heard about the two bras on one body. That can't be done as a mistake and was clearly intentional
Walking it was supposed to be a right of passage. It hasn’t been confirmed that they were meeting someone there, and Libby’s grandmother vehemently denied that.

Yes. So far, I don't see the prosecution, or the evidence, tying Allen to the crime. If he did it, I want him convicted. But if I were on the jury, so far, I couldn't vote "guilty."
Well written, from the time Allen was arrested I asked myself a whole lot of questions and as time went on.... I think they arrested the wrong man. I think Barney Fife was at the head of the Keystone Cops. Such pressure they were under, imo someone high up made certain, certain recordings 'disappeared'.
I personally think he is guilty but there will be one or two jurors that cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Look at OJ Simpson and Kaycee Anthony. Those cases infuriate me. I believe this case is the work of a serial killer, and for whatever reason or another, no DNA was left. But, they have no DNA at all. Someone had to do it. Serial homicides are hard to solve, so it will be a tough case to get a conviction. I also think the jurors won’t be well versed on behavior profiling and won’t understand what a psychopath does and the the types of crimes they commit. I also think the Odinist theory is BS.
sure but a bias judge can screw every single of those points up - check how many times she has sustained Nicolas' objections and the objections were ridiculous

Keegan Kline the convicted pedo was catfishing Libby and was "planning to meet the girls that day" meaning the day they were murdered. I have ALWAYS thought that kk did this, it's the only thing that makes logical sense. He matches the eyewitness descriptions m much better then Richard Allen, and there was a car spotter color make model that matches his grandmother's car (who's house he told police he was at that day). Up to when Richard was arrested, police still suspected Kline, even having a huge search of the Wabash River near house house (at time of crime) in Peru (a little over a half hour away from Delphi). The news reports on this Wabash River search speculated I it was related to this case, I think some reporters even claimed that law enforcement leaked out some info that it WAS related. They speculated Kegan was talking to police to get a lighter sentence for his child p***n cases. He also has family connections to one of the girls who was friends with Libby and Abby, he was stalking that girl also (showed up in a ski mask outside her bedroom window one day). Wouldn't all this information be important???
I hate to say this, but everything that happened was way too much for one person. He either had help or it was a group of a few attackers. Mr. Allen may be innocent. 😮
A man with a gun can control two little girls just fine..I don't believe there was anyone else, I believe he had a gun and the girls were terrified in a secluded area in the middle of nowhere, there was nowhere to go and escape, they ended up in a horrible situation
Sadly, RA will walk. Too much reasonable doubt. I hope I'm wrong but this case will remain unsolved 😢 Definitely multiple people involved, including RA... may the Universe provide justice for these babies.
Am I the only person who believes he’s guilty it’s so clear to me. That’s definitely him on the video! Why would Libby record him. Why would he tell the police when they came for warrant doesn’t matter it’s over now. Why did he keep sake same bullet that was found at crime scene
I think he’s guilty. It hit me today. People say the three girls got his description wrong. Which I get. But he admits to seeing the three girls on the trail. They admit passing a guy. They may not have been correct on exactly what he looked like. But it’d say saw each other either way. He admits to it.
I so agree with you! It's obviously RA on the video. It looks just like him and walks like him. There is no doubt in my mind. Especially with what he told police when they were searching his house.
Wt actual F happened?! We need someone with expertise to tell us what the scene tells us TYPICALLY. How did, if RA, turn 50 and suddenly do this? Statistically, that is not probable (according to Dr. Brucato that is!). What a case.
Maybe Abby was rushing off the bridge in the video, because it was a scary walk to begin with. It’s really high. I’d be rushing near the end too. I think the jury needs the original audio to hear if the voice sounds far away or if it was coming from just down the hill beside her?
Vinnie, Please do not give up on the Truth. When I heard the verdict I got a sick feeling they got it wrong. Ron Logan died, but from all accounts had an angry temper, was hostile to anyone who trespassed, and even set up a lie for his alibi, early?! If Libby had been there many times and it was Abby's first time to cross the entirety of the bridge... probably something Ron Logan would be aware of. Plus sweet Abby said, Hi to him. He may have picked up that Libby had his number. Motivation enough in his mind to humiliate her, killing Abby quickly and making Libby suffer more. Everyone said that bridge guy voice should be familiar & complained bc R.A.'s wife did not call it in. I didn't hear of any other person say they could identify RA by that voice. Two ex girlfriend's and other's did say it sounded like Ron Logan. One ex called the tip line confirming he was physically and sexually violent. R.A. on the other hand was a smaller, quiet man with no criminal record. Being weird (to some) does not make you a killer. He has a long term marriage with a wife who adores him. He is good to his Mother. The fact that his daughter resembled Libby is Why I doubt he could do this. Can you imagine being accused of a crime, Knowing you didn't do it. Maybe he was driven crazy, I can't say. Mental decline might manifest differently in people, but it would devastate an innocent person. Also have a major problem with the Judge not allowing discovery. It all reeks of impropriety and intent to deny him a speedy and fair trial. There is more than reasonable doubt for R.A. imho. If he Didn't kill them I pray he wins on appeal once he is out of that judge's jurisdiction.
Yeah we're not hearing anything about DNA .. it's possible they haven't released that.. but ... DNA is such telling evidence... sonis there no DNA?! Why are they so secretive? Either they're trying to "hide " how bad the investigation is or they covering for someone....
And the other way around.. Whoever killed those girls ... I hardly can imagine that this person got away from the scene without taking any DNA of the victims with them.. I also have a hard time to believe that one killer did that alone. But I almost hope RA is guilty.. If he is innocent.. no one will be able to make up what they did to him, to his life.. The real killer would walk while they created a third victim..
I'm sure dna of their bodies was done. I'm willing to bet the reason why they aren't mentioning it is because it's the dna of one another. I'm also willing to bet the killers brought the black bra, Cammy, the panties Abby was wearing and the hanky. This was a crime of shame. To shame libby. Abby just happened to get in the way.
I don't believe he's guilty. But his life is essentially over because of the way he's been treated. They were so secretive with everything but why post Allen's face everywhere if everything else was a big secret.. The local police have absolutely ruined everything they touched @Fraukie

Yes, you could posit that theory but that would mean the killer sliced outward and at a terribly awkward angle. In all reality, she was likely subdued from behind and her neck sliced that way, which would have most probably been done by a left-handed attacker. The markings on the lower face under the mouth which suggest restraint of some sort solidify that as well. The killer was behind her, holding her head from around the chin area. And the killer would have had to have been left-handed. 2.) In my experience, most box cutters do not have serrated blades. They are literal razor blades. I’m sure there may be some exceptions but, color me skeptical about this idea.
@@bornfree0507 Yes, that's very feasible, his statements could be viewed as someone convinced he's been railroaded with no way out of it, and resigned himself to just go along with it.
Unfortunately, having a prosecutor mind, I have to say, and I dread saying this, but I do see a little reasonable doubt. Uggggg. .Could and probably the guy, but fortunately our law doesn't work that way.
WHat about the 60 confessions that Allen made? I think they even have him in writing and signing one. I wish he would just confess officially and provide the details so we can fill in the blanks of this. The whole cloathing switch is very strange.
It's such a big problem there are two very different sketches of the guy. All the defense would have to ask is *which* one Allen looks like. No response to that question would help the prosecution because it couldn't be a straight answer that truly covers all the bases. That being said, I do think this guy is guilty. It's bonkers there's so much evidence but it can be put together in a lot of different ways that make a lot of sense. Really reminds me of the JonBenet case. Which also involved police corruption related to the investigation... Edit: typo
@@TT41401He was having a psychotic episode. He confessed he shot them. They weren't shot. He said he SA'd them. They weren't SA'd. If RA is innocent why was he recorded in his cell belting out “mama’s don’t let your babies grow up to be cowboys” while FORCING corrections officers to watch him “pleasure himself” ? That is the behavior or a deviant NOT an innocent man.
If he is convicted on this kind of ‘evidence’ the justice system is severely flawed. The police were pressured by the community to make an arrest and they’re grasping at straws. If RA is acquitted they better have deep pockets because I’d sue the pants off of them for ruining my life.
I agree 100%. So far the only evidence that “linked” Allen to the crime was a bullet, yet there was no bullet wounds to the girls. I live in a small small Indiana town, there are a lot of people who go out to large open forested areas to shoot guns, so this bullet they found could have come from anyone. I also believe the prosecution rushed to arrest whoever they could. I think Allen is indeed innocent. Can you imagine the hell he’ll h has been put through while incarcerated. Being medicated against your will is also extremely terrifying. This case sounds a lot like something Isreal Keyes would have done.
@@christycookey6500it’s said the bullet was in one of Allen’s gun chamber which leaves special markings to identify it. However the bullet was not shot off. It’s also said to of been “found” several days later at the crime scene so anyone could of planted that there to throw off the case as the crime scene was highly tampered
The Delphi Law Enforcement “leadership” proved that their primary skillset was finding a media camera rather than a perpetrator. This has to rank as one of the most inept investigations I have ever seen in my 65 years. Once the trail went cold, the bums all scattered to find other government jobs. Incompetent, unprofessional, and self-serving. They spent more time patting themselves on the back than doing the work. The puzzle pieces were all there, but unfortunately the only person that provided any solid evidence was the victim. Shameful.
Why was there no blood on Abbey's hands and body? If she took 10 -15 min. to bleed out and was conscious at the time her throat was cut, she would naturally have used her hands to try to stop the bleeding. Why no blood on her clothes? She was likely moved and redressed in Libby's clothes. Perhaps Libby was the only real target (Kegan Kline?) and Libby was collateral damage. If Libby was slashed by the tree, why no blood trail nor drag marks? This case is VERY weird. I don't think it was perpetrated by a single person, nor do I think Allen was involved. They would never have known he was on the bridge that day if he hadn't voluntarilly informed them he was. Cops needed a convenient scape goat. And what are the chances that the perpetrator(s) was clever enough to not leave a single shred of evidence at the crime scene, in his vehicle, in his home, etc., but to so clumsily leave a very visible shiney shell casing in plain sight next to 2 very staged murdered girls? Nil. Whatever the trial outcome, Allen's life has been permanently destroyed.

Agreed. Also, WHERE WAS ALL THE BLOOD?!?! I am not finished listening, but do they account for the bodies not being there during the search and then appearing next day?
Even if the video doesn’t seem “that helpful” at the moment in the trial, it was very significant. And it’s still amazing that she did it the way she did. Also, unless there’s some insane piece of evidence that hasn’t been disclosed yet, I don’t see how they can convict RA. Well, if the jurors aren’t biased also. There is so much reasonable doubt from everything I’m hearing. I don’t see anything that is really even pointing to him. And if he was that far away, it’s hard to imagine him getting all the way there in a matter of seconds on that bridge, in the dilapidated condition it was in. It would make much more sense for there to have been someone on the other side of them to be the one that says the infamous words. The man we have seen all this time may not even be the guy. Just imagine if that WAS RA, but he didn’t even look up to see anything happening. What if he really was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Ugh. Frustrating how much was messed up at the beginning. Just like not taking the sticks because they were “crumbly”, and not using the undersides of fingernails for DNA. It is human response, especially as a female, to dig in and even use nails if you are trying to fight a person away from you. On top of everything, the lack of transparency is appalling. IF he is convicted, there will be successful appeals as a result.
The man that owned the land got accused of this. He went through hell dealing with everything. I felt so bad for him . I heard he passed away . Just pathetic people accused him without having any proof ! 😢
I hope they have the right guy because whoever did this is nothing short of a demon. My heart breaks for those girls and the absolute terror they endured.
So technically, there’s no evidence against this man at all, except for a bullet they found in the dirt that they claim he ejected from his gun?. It’s totally impossible to ever prove that. Those poor girls 😢
He told police he was there 130-330not just in the area but on the bridge then changed that 2 more times). He was seen by witnesses whom he also said he saw. He told police he was wearing exactly what BG was wearing! Libby’s video was taken at 214pm the phone never moved again after 232pm a very short window. His car was seen on video arriving at 1:27pm shortly after is when he was seen and he saw the group of girls which was confirmed by photos they took and time stamps. He said they were leaving and he was coming into the trails the witnesses said the same thing. It was definitely him. He also confessed 60+ times. There’s no way another man dressed just like him, driving a car just like his, seen by no one showed up in that short window just teleported there. He said he left at 330 the same time Libby’s dad got there to pick them up.
That’s about it - all else is circumstantial evidence. This trial should be held in a big city away from the emotional and religious overtones of that small town.
I'm shocked that the defense of ritualistic killing was not allowed. I don't believe he is guilty or at the very least there would have been reasonable doubt. I think people in the department or court system are involved in that group and that's why information has been kept so hush hush and why that defense was denied
6 днів тому
I think that's wild too. Regardless of how "far-fetched" something is -- wasn't their evidence of runes placed over the girls?
He doesn’t look like the guy video. And he got back into his car and left no evidence. If he were covered in blood and mud like a witness said no way he didn’t leave something. And he knew people saw him. I’m not convinced. And this would be a miscarriage of justice for these sweet girls. Libby also seem to be the target.

Several key issues raised include:
Lack of Direct Evidence: According to Allen's defense and public commentary, there is no DNA, fingerprint, or other forensic evidence directly linking him to the murders of Abby and Libby, despite years of investigation and the collection of significant physical evidence from the crime scene.
If he did it you are right he shouldnt be allowed to see them. And i wish we could see his behavior in court.@@valleygirl2530

We are in trial. All recordings should be released at this point outside of violent images.

That's something that's also bothered me...I feel like a cell phone is the first thing a perp would take. I dunno.

Why the hell would any young girl go walking on a train trestle like that ? That place is creepy, imo. Who were they meeting?
Walking it was supposed to be a right of passage. It hasn’t been confirmed that they were meeting someone there, and Libby’s grandmother vehemently denied that.

Wait a second, I’m no expert but hear me out.
1.) a right to left slice on the neck does not indicate a right-handed person.

It's such a big problem there are two very different sketches of the guy. All the defense would have to ask is *which* one Allen looks like. No response to that question would help the prosecution because it couldn't be a straight answer that truly covers all the bases.
That being said, I do think this guy is guilty.

That is the behavior or a deviant NOT an innocent man.
I've followed this case from the beginning and still haven't seen or heard any evidence to convince me that Allen is guilty of anything.
There was hardly enough to even bring charges
I totally agree, I'll be shocked if he gets found guilty
I definitely feel 💯 % RA is guilty.
I disagree a little. I think he was left handed.
Shameful.
He's 100% guilty
So far there's no evidence
No doubt in my mind. Libby left the best evidence with the video.
Was the FBI not involved in this crime? Sorry if i missed that

So technically, there’s no evidence against this man at all, except for a bullet they found in the dirt that they claim he ejected from his gun?. It’s totally impossible to ever prove that. Those poor girls 😢
Wothout that video of him on the bridge this would be a cold case
His car was also gone, by the time the girls supposedly disappeared. Witness said.

I think that's wild too. Regardless of how "far-fetched" something is -- wasn't their evidence of runes placed over the girls?
I don’t believe they have the right person. Everything about this case stinks
This dude is 💯💯💯💯 innocent. Everyone at CourtTV knows he's the wrong person.
