- With Drag Challange almost here, there were a few cars out at Heathcote Park Raceway getting in some drag racing test miles prior to the event. We took the RX7 down to heathcote park raceway to do some passes and test out the new fuel cell. We made it as far as pushing the car off the trailer.... Always next time! At least i had a chance to check out the racing and help the GemRacing stable with their G180 turbocharged Gemini Coupe.

Was nice to meet you and have a chat, shame the pump decided it didnt want to play on the day. Many thanks to the LOPSI crew for giving me a few wiring connectors to get the EH out for a couple more runs.

Love seeing LOPSI. 👍 Little rear suspension tweaks to launch and 60ft better and it's gonna drop those ET's hard.
yeah ran a few 60s in the 1.6s,,once we get back into the 1.28s its going to be a different car,,but all went well and the engine is still spot on so we're happy with that,wanted to turn it up to 50+psi but it seemed happy on 42 but we'll up it next time out.....
@@gemracing Yeah it looked solid with the trap speed PB's. You've taken Gemi's a LONG WAY from the days when people would be ecstatic to get 12s with any G series motor. 👍

That car has really got the shits on since you turned your attention to the RX4.0. Bit of jealousy in the stable lol.
Love to get back to the RX4, but too hard to effectively split time between two cars. Especially if you leave something half done on the RX7 and forget about it, could have big consequences. Hopefully back out again this weekend 👍🏻
